The hotel's own restaurant, JSix serves creative cuisine, based on the world-renowned cooking of California, but with an added global twist. The 4th-floor outdoor pool area with its large, curving bar and plentiful loungers is a great place to hang out on days when you've decided to give the sightseeing a miss. My car was damaged while in valet and the valet company nor the hotel have not returned my phone calls over the last three weeks. I’ve contacted management like I was told and I’ve contacted the valet service. Not one returned call nobody has gotten back to me in three weeks and I’ve called every day twice a day. My car was damaged while in valet and the valet company nor the hotel have not returned my phone calls over the last three weeks. I’ve contacted management like I was told and I’ve contacted the valet service. Not one returned call nobody has gotten back to me in three weeks and I’ve called every day twice a day. They crashed the bottom of my car, and on my electric vehicle I have the cooling protection dangling at the bottom and dragging on the ground and chip the side and won’t take any responsibility for it or acknowledge me. FINALLY! This is the hotel San Diego has been waiting for! My new bride and I enjoyed our mini-honeymoon at this fabulous place for three nights. The hotel lobby, restaurant (Land Shark) and our room were decorated with relaxation in mind immediately putting us in vacation mode. The staff was very attentive and so friendly….especially at the front desk. We LOVED spending a couple of full days at the pool with very comfortable chaise lounges to enjoy our cocktails on! Overall, we highly recommend straying at Margaritaville SD and certainly plan to stay again! Read less

An amazing experience! We came on 4th of July, so quite a busy day. Brett treated us so well and was so accommodating. Our food came out quickly and was very good. Truly the whole staff was amazing! Looking for a great rooftop bar, I highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by such nice customer service. It was pretty packed as expected for 4th of July. I approached the bar - and Brett was the first to acknowledge Me - from that moment he was very attentive and his customer service was through the roof .
