David the security man was so helpful for me and my friends. We really enjoyed his help and felt very safe having him nearby as we ate at the restaurant. He made sure we were not bothered by anybody and gave us helpful local recommendations. I would definitely come back here thanks to David and his kindness. Thank you David!

Sooooo, 1. In the online list of “amenities” it stated EV charging & yet in asking to have my car charged the desk clerk & manager at the time told me it would cost $20/night. This place wants to classify themselves as a luxury hotel, but don’t even offer the most basic of amenities like a fridge in your room to put your own stuff in. However of course they have a fridge filled with things to purchase though. Trying to get u for $$$$ every which way u turn. 3. There is ABSOLUTELY NO sign ANYWHERE around the pool/spa area or that entire floor telling you its hours of use. Thus to assume it’s 24/7. Only to use it at like 11:00 & get kicked out for it being “closed”. Totally RIDICULOUS as well. 4. The beds are so firm you leave there needing a chiropractor &/or a masseuse. Read less

This place is FABULOUS! There is clearly an emphasis on customer care! From the time I exited my taxi, where I was courteously assisted by Alexander, to the check-in process, where Casey treated me like Royalty! Kudos to the Pendry leadership on a five star experience!

Service looked like a fancy hotel but delivered none. Complained about 3 legit issues and none was handled correctly, even worse two of them were just ignored. I tried, it didn’t work.
