Claudio at the Mission Bay resort was amazing , friendly , attentive and hustled to make sure everyone had what they needed. The live music was stellar with a different musician each night . Plaza Del Sol was perfect, great seating , haters for the cool evenings and a fire pit

Brandon H at the pool was exceptional. Very attentive compared to other waiters at other restaurants in the hotel. Pools side always had a drink and food ready when needed.pool staff in general was extremely nice and welcoming. Cabana is the way to go

We started off the trip a little frustrated, we had all garden view rooms and two of our rooms look at a parking lot, and not a garden view on any level, but we were told only one room on the opposite sides of the resort was available, so to keep our 4 rooms close we chose to stay together. We started off the trip a little frustrated, we had all garden view rooms and two of our rooms look at a parking lot, and not a garden view on any level, but we were told only one room on the opposite sides of the resort was available, so to keep our 4 rooms close we chose to stay together. But when we got to the pool….omg the best experience!!! We got two cabanas, we had a huge group with us, and the cabana host Jacob could not have been better!!! He helped us ensure everyone had seats, towels and check checked on us often! He went way above and beyond helping our huge group have an amazing time!!! Steve G at the pool was an awesome bartender! He was super attentive and made my stay feel like a true vacation!! His hospitality was above and beyond and his craft cocktails were exactly what I needed to relax! We had a great time and will definitely be back! Thanks Steve g
