Service from the concierge was very good, the young fellas were good ambassadors. Only wish there was a little more charisma from those on reception. No would not go back, definately book else where.

Hotel Zoe is very nice. Great location to Fisherman's Wharf etc. The big disappointment is the parking. While I understand most hotels charge for parking, this hotel only has Valet Parking at $75.00 per day!!!!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!! I literally parked next door for $30.00 per day. A perfect example of a business taking advantage of unknowing guests.…

Stylish chic hotel, extremely comfortable room. Great location situated close to Fisherman's Whsrf, bus and cable car routes. The staff are excellent so helpful and friendly we loved every second of our stay. Highly recommended this hotel
