Nice service (reception, bar, houskeeping, breakfast section), rooms are ok, small bathrooms with a toilet and tub section, issue with too low water pressure in a sink faucet, some people had issues with not enough clean air conditioners but instalator was able to replaced them the same day, breakfast was full of delicious options (spoiled us to the bone) , perfect location- walking distance to Trader Joe, CVS, Pier 39 with planty restaurants and boat cruises, close to cable cars station, 20 min walking distance's to Ghirardeli for delicious chocolate ice creams. The first room I had was on the ground floor and was very comfortable. I did have only a restricted view as there were tall ornamental plants immediately in front of both windows. When a noisy pump started operating a few days into my stay the noise though intermittent was very intrusive. I was moved to a room at the top of the hotel. The door was damaged and the windows dirty. The view over air conditioning units was horrible and they were noisy. I only moved to escape a noisy room. It was disappointing to be told I was being upgraded only to be given an inferior room Read less
