Full marks to receptionist Edwin who was very helpful in sorting out a few issues with our stay. The hotel itself has no breakfast food facility, although hot drinks could be obtained from reception area during part of the morning time.

The room was nice as well as the staff. There were at least 4 restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Valet parking is convenient and average price. The ambience of the hotel was great and security welcomed. We are going to stay here again on our next visit to San Francisco.

I booked this place for ProductCon'24 and found the hotel to be clean, superb service, and even provided a welcome bag of goodies (booked through Amex). The walkability is just as awesome and highly recommended. Staff is professional, courteous, and welcoming.

Chose Hotel Abri for its central location, close to Union Square. It proved ideal for our stay in San Francisco, close to all the major transportation links - Trams, Buses, BART lines to and from the airport, and even the Cable Cars.
