This boutique-style hotel comes with a unique attraction – a world-famous nightlife venue. Named one of ‘The World’s Hottest Nightclubs’ by Conde Nast Traveler Magazine in its opening year, Infusion Lounge is a high-tech, high-energy venue that promises what it calls a 4D experience: a place to ‘dine, drink, dance, dream’. The club, with its world-class DJs and sleek décor, doubles up as an upscale restaurant, with a sophisticated Asian-inspired menu. While Hotel Fusion’s well-appointed guestrooms feature warm décor, inspired by an East meets West concept, in honour of the city’s multicultural make up and the hotel’s name. And it’s all just seconds from the renowned shopping and dining of Union Square.

So we booked a room here through a well-known travel website. I've never heard of such a ridiculous rule. We had to threaten a lawsuit with the travel website and hotel and eventually got our money refunded. This place has no class. .

The rooms were very good, and the location was excellent. I found it to be great value for money considering the cost. I came from India for vacation, and based on my experience, I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
In terms of transportation, Powell Station, a tram station, and bus stops are all conveniently close to the hotel. Additionally, if you have a car, there's a parking lot right next to the hotel. Moreover, if you're looking to explore the city, you can purchase a full-day ticket for local transportation and roam around all day without spending much. It's easy to get around and see the sights!

Cheap but not clean

I am completely disgusted in my room.Toenail and hair found in the bathroom and blood in my spare blanket. Apparently they cannot even be bothered to keep such small dorm like rooms clean. I will not be trying any food, drinks or ice in this building based on the cleanliness of the rooms. Also have mention the walls and floors are so old and thin…

I will not be trying any food, drinks or ice in this building based on the cleanliness of the rooms. Also have mention the walls and floors are so old and thin I can hearing my neigherbors from all sides. Front desk staff is the only redeemable quality. Do not let the “boutique” lobby fool you, it’s a run down less than basic SF hotel.

Great stay for a few days

I spent a couple nights here during a short trip to San Francisco and it was a great stay. Room was clean and everything worked fine. The walls were pretty thin but it was otherwise fine. Weirdly there was no microwave in the room but I didnt need one. Staff was friendly, it was easy to walk to, and I loved the giant stuffed bear in the lobby.
