Where is it

In downtown Chicago, 1 block away from Michigan Avenue with great shopping and restaurants. Close to Chicago Theatre, Millennium Park, Chicago Cultural Center, Theater District, Chicago River and Navy Pier. Transfer time from O'Hare International Airport: 1 hour.

Hotel information

250 rooms. All of which are two-chambered with a dressing room and a sleeping area separated by a sliding door. Facilities include air-conditioning, flat-screen HDTV, telephone, tea/coffee maker, mini-fridge, mini-bar, safe*, hairdryer and iron and board. Chamber Rooms are divided into two separate areas by sliding privacy doors - a dressing room and bedroom - with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Grand Chamber Suites are slightly larger, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

To Danny being accommodating to any needs and to Elina to sending me up a birthday cake with a card. I felt very special and it was so sweet and made my solo birthday trip feel great. The room was so gorgeous and spacious. I love the interior design and layout of everything. I had an amazing view like I requested when I booked and I’m thankful as I know that is always depending on availability! I was able to go up to the rooftop for a bit, I wish I would’ve gotten a better feel of everything as it seemed kind of restricting to reserved seating and I wasn’t able to enjoy the rooftop as full as I would’ve hoped! Nonetheless I loved the time and drink and loved the view. I would love to come back! Thank you to the team for everything and making my stay possible. 🫶🏾 Read less

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were fun and unique. Bedding was very soft which I enjoyed, but prevented my partner from sleeping very well.

My Girlfriend and I stayed 3 nights here and we really enjoyed our time. The service was great, we enjoyed our room and view, and the quick access to the train, close restaurants and ability to walk quickly to cloudgate and the riverwalk made us very pleased.
