Nice hotel, food isn't that good and expensive and they don't give you water you must bring your own or buy it. Otherwise it was a good stay, I felt safe in the hotel and the staff is nice. IF they can fix my above comments then i would rate them higher

The shower was horrendous. Water was either cold or scalding hot. I called guest services and they said they would send someone up to address the issue but nothing improved. We loved our stay here. The hotel has plenty of options for food, drink etc. and ambiance is comfortable and calming. We found the staff to be especially friendly and helpful. Danny and Darrell at the front desk personally helped us out with a room upgrade. Highly recommend staying here, great location in downtown..very walkable to many things.
