The hotel is actually on Bourbon street and surrounded by so many amazing restaurants, bars, and stores. Check in was quick and the staff was pleasant. The elevator was extremely slow, as there are only 2 and one was always down. The pool is beautiful, clean, and warm. Our room was clean, nicely sized, and the beds were so plush/comfy. I cannot street enough how great the location of this hotel is. Right across the street is Tropical Isle, which is home of the grenade drink most people come to Nola for. I was only in Nola for 24hours but I will for sure be back and for sure be staying at the Four Points again Read less

Location Location! We specifically picked this hotel and wanted a room overlooking Bourbon street. If did not disappoint. Staff is friendly, hotel is clean. Check in was easy. I will say that it is NOISY. They provide you with earplugs (at least on the Bourbon side) but be prepared especially if you are here over a weekend. The noise (music from… Read more

I will say that it is NOISY. They provide you with earplugs (at least on the Bourbon side) but be prepared especially if you are here over a weekend. The noise (music from shops, musicians, and some random dude with just like, a loud speaker) will really rev up around 3pm and go until 3am at least. If you are here for that sort of New Orleans experience - have at it. If not, I would suggest an interior room! Read less

I recently stayed at the Four Points in Phuket and was great. Needs a few tweaks but over all, it was a great stay. So when my friends recommended the Four Points in NOLA, I was excited. It’s a far cry difference. The rooms in Phuket are very modern and chic with great decor. The rooms in NOLA are very basic with no real decor or ambiance. Was meeting someone for a romantic weekend. The room and hotel itself gives off motel vibes. When they advertise the courtyard, it’s a beautifully lit pool area. They neglect to tell you about the grotesque view of the parking lot full of cars right outside your window. The downstairs area looks very seedy and the people at the front desk look like they didn’t look want to be there. Love that the area is convenient to most things but definitely will choose another hotel when I return. Read less

Our road trip had us driving through Louisiana, so we decided to stop for the night in New Orleans. Having never been to New Orleans before, we wanted to stay in French Quarter. This hotel is right in the heart of everything, but they also do a great job with security. We had our two children with us (12 and 14), and we appreciated that they put us in a room near the back of the hotel. The room came with ear plugs, but we didn't need them. We moseyed around French Quarter in the early evening, and we spent the late evening just hanging out at the hotel, swimming. The pool was lovely. The rooms were perfect. In the morning, we had a short walk to Cafe du Monde. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for New Orleans! Read less

Would highly recommend this hotel for so many reasons that I can't go into all of them. Most importantly, the concierge desk . Freddi and Melissa were so helpful in finding things to do and making it easy. The hotel staff is great. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast very good. All in all give it A+
