It was one of the most best experiences in a guesthouse we’ve ever had. My son is a fan of Elvis and having the ability to spend time at graceland and paying respects to one of his favorite artists was a great gift for him. The service and employees were amazing and so friendly

Really enjoyed our stay, mainly because the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. We arrived early to tour Graceland and spoke to the parking attendent saying we knew it was too early to check in but didnt want to pay for parking at both the exibits and the hotel so could we simply park for the day. He said of course, but check with the desk, it's a big hotel they may have a room ready. They did! Unfortunately, when we went up to drop off our belongings we noticed the toilet was backed up. Back to the desk, and the lady offered to move us immediately. We had a tour to catch, so she said no problem, when you return just see my colleagues and they move you whenever you are ready. Shuttle was free and regularly running all day. We bought our tour tickets at the gift shop and away we went. The tour was incredibly - so much too see. Walked back to hotel, got a new room as promised. Had dinner and drinks at the hotel and everything was very tasty (especially the bar trail mix!) and staff again very friendly. Minor wear and tear on some furniture and trim, but i didnt think the costs indicated perfection. We were comfortable and happy with the service and location. Only complaint was in the morning, housekeeping was a little over zealous and woke us up at 8.30 :( didn't love that, but overall things were great.

I highly recommend that you schedule your tour early so you can easily spend the rest of the day on site going through all the beautiful rooms that contain all the collection of Elvis’s life.
