As its name suggests, the atrium-style Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown enjoys a wonderful location, in the heart of Music City, just a short walk from all the sights and sounds. For breakfast, head to Speaker’s Bistro, serving a variety of buffet delights to get your day off to the best start. For light bites at lunch or dinner, Session’s Lounge is ideal, also serving a great variety of wines for those pre-dinner drinks. Stayed here for 5 nights over the Independence Day Holidays. Rooms are so comfortable and have all you need especially big bottles of Body Moisturiser. Location is roughly 10 to 15 downhill walk to Broadway with all the bars and fun with various eateries and coffee shops on the way. The hotel does provide a chauffeured cart to and from the hotel to broadway from 2:30pm to midnight which I think is gratis. There is a public car park next door with direct access to the hotel or you can use the valet parking option. You pay on entry and use the provided ticket to exit and enter throughput your stay. A bit pricey but it is Downtown Nashville so I believe par the course. Read less

During my recent stay at Sheraton, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff, particularly Jas. From the moment I arrived, Jas's warm welcome and professional demeanor set the tone for a wonderful stay. Also, the room I was in was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable, meeting all my expectations.

Jakob, Myles and the Spanish guy from Housekeeping were absolutely phenomenal. But I had some terrible issues with our original room, keys auto deactivating and the heater being on in the patio area. Though there were problems with our accommodations, Library Bar made up for it. Andrew, Dominic, Jordan, Simon, and Trae were EXCELLENT bartenders with the best customer service. They are the reason we will definitely be visiting Nashville again! Front desk was also very nice and helpful.

The hotel is under remodel right now, so there is a bit of disarray going on. The check in person wasn't that friendly but bartender Duncan and the young maintenance man made up for it. We saw the maintenance guy walking around our floor and told him the USB outlets weren't working, so he came in and took a look, he offered to fix it now, we said no we have other ways to charge. We talked with him for a good few minutes. The bed was very comfy, nice clean rooms. I liked that I got 500 extra bonus points if we didn't use housekeeping each day, we took advantage of that one of the 5 days we were there. Now to Duncan, he served us dinner and drinks Sunday with just 20 minutes left before closing, and he was so kind. The next night after having a good time down at the bars, we saw him again. He mixed up a blueberry drink for me, adding different items to it, the drink was good. He said Monday was the first night the new bar was open so j he was still trying to figure where all is, so they didn't have the beer my husband wanted, so he got a special one for my husband. He was mixing drinks and would have a bit left over for us to try. We hung out there 2 nights after the bars on Broadway. Duncan made my husband and I feel like friends! Overall, we would stay here again,, very easy walk to Broadway. Read less
