605 rooms and suites on 6 floors with 6 lifts. Rooms feature marble bathroom, plush robes, deluxe amenities and Hyatt's grand bed. All with private balcony or lanai, air-conditioning, WiFi*, ceiling fans, cable TV, telephone, tea/coffee maker, safe, hairdryer, iron and board. Rooms with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Pool View, Partial Ocean View and Deluxe Ocean View Rooms, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Loved this resort and the amazing pool that wraps around the entire grounds. It’s so big, you never feel crowded even if lots of people are staying there. Stayed with our family of 9 including 3 children in 3 rooms which were next to each other and facing the pool…couldn’t have asked for a better location. Stayed with our family of 9 including 3 children in 3 rooms which were next to each other and facing the pool…couldn’t have asked for a better location. I only requested that the rooms be next to each other or close and as this was my first stay, we could have been anywhere. The hotel is huge! Highly recommend 👍😄 Tip: book with points if you can…the daily resort fee is waived! Read less

Fantastic property with so much to do for our family and children. The pools were excellent. Loved the saltwater lagoon. The spa was amazing and very peaceful. Food for the most part was good. What a great stay at the Grand Hyatt Kauai. Leis were put on our necks as we drove up. Love that! Shout out to Victor at the front desk as he helped us upgrade to a fantastic suite. Welcome basket in room for being globalist guest was such a nice touch. The lounge was great-always good service. Good breakfast with different hot items, pastries daily. Always good fruit. Snacks/drinks during day. Happy hour was nice to grab cocktails/pupus. Honor system of $5-7 drinks was fantastic! A couple nights we were so full from pupus that we didn't even make it to dinner as we'd go watch show in Seaview Terrace. Sometimes we'd grab desert in lounge after show. The food and drinks by the pool are great as always. Service fantastic! The workers at this hotel always seem happy and to like their jobs. Check out a breeze. Not had that before Pools are amazing. Yes the lounger joggers are here and despite rhe hotel saying you can’t. They don’t care. Good good. Expensive of course but everywhere is the same. They will take you in the evenings into popli which is nice. Let’s hope it improves. Read less
