Everything was top notch! Our experience at all levels was amazing. We felt so welcomed and taken care of the entire stay. Our son was recognized personally in the room with his name in the tub spelled out with cute sponges, bubble bath/body wash and even an adorable turtle stuffed animal on the bed. I don’t think we can stay anywhere else after… Read more

The place looks nice and the employees are friendly. But what I didn’t like was that we paid extra for an ocean view room and they gave us one with a partial ocean view, and the bathroom was very small. We had to go complain at the reception, and then they gave us another room supposedly with an ocean view, but it was a partial view and had a wall in the middle. For what we paid, the experience is not worth it. Also, the restaurant is very expensive for the type of food they have. I thought the Four Seasons was an exclusive hotel for what we paid, but it is not. Another thing is that it doesn’t have parking; you have to use valet parking and they charge $50 per day. Read less

Great and spacious balcony with a stunning view. 3 Pools, 2 Jacuzzies and the lagoon with free deck chairs and umbrellas for guests. We specially loved the adult pool as it's super calm. The employees are friendly and the service is great. The reason I only give 4 out of 5 stars: There was no entertainment at all during our 4 days. If you expect some entertainment, you should consider the neighbor Hotel Aulani. You also really have to be willing to pay a fortune for every activity and specially for all the restaurants. We have been in the Italian restaurant (Noe). Without any doubts, the food and service is awesome. But for a party of 3 you need to spend around 500.- for a dinner and there is no real affordable alternative restaurant in the Hotel. The Fish restaurant is even more expensive. The next affordable restaurant is outside the Hotel about 10 min walk, the Monkey Pod which is super crowded and w/o a reservation your chances to get a table is quite low. In conclusion, we loved the Four Seasons Resort and we would recommend it for those who are looking for a 5 Star Hotel and willing to spend ~1100.- per day for the Room and another ~1000.- per Day for Food and Drinks. You can watch the sunset from the infinity pool with delicious tropical cocktails. The waterproof wristband room key is also a nice touch that you don’t realize you’ll miss until you have to go back to the traditional room keys of other hotels. Mina’s Fish House is also an incredible restaurant attached to the resort. We will definitely be staying again the next time we come to Hawaii. Read less
