Our 2x Queen Room with ocean view was very comfortable and of a great standard quality wise. We had access to the Monkeypod room, which was really useful for teas, coffee, hot chocolate, soft drinks and snacks throughout the day. Hotel La Croix, what an EXCEPTIONALLY beautiful hotel in Oahu. Let’s start with the staff. Beyond exceptional customer service from everyone. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly man who I thought was a baggage handler or valet named Shaun. Shaun was so friendly, happy and just wonderful guy, he helped us with out luggage’s and gave us ice cold waters soon as we got into the hotel. To my surprise Shaun turned out to be the GM of the hotel. Now that is rare these days, to see a GM working just as hard as anyone else in that hotel. Shaun you are truly amazing and thank you for making us feel like ohana. After checking in with Front desk who was another very pleasant and great guy named Zack we got check in quickly and was on our way to our total room. Our hotel room was ac cold and clean, we truly enjoyed our hotel room the entire week we were there. I enjoyed the gym in the mornings. We also had valet parking, I won’t forget Bradda Miles. What a great character this guy, made me laugh every time we talked. Bradda miles had so many funny stories and just an awesome personality. All in all my family and I had the best week staying at Hotel La Croix and we definitely will be staying there again. My only complaint is I didn’t know about this hotel sooner. Thank you Hotel La Croix for making my daughters birthday week special. Read less

The hotel was great rooms where spacious and John Sanders working the front desk was incredible courteous and more than a receptionist at a hotel felt like family and friend. We will always stay at LA Croix Hotel John makes it worth it great choice as an employee hire.
