Front desk addressed our concerns and valet was very personable. Parking is $45 per night, $35 for kamaaina. Room was nice and clean, basic hotel room. The WiFi was a bit spotty and the beds weren’t super comfortable but were doable. Overall a nice hotel that is affordable and gives you everything you need Read less

There is no reason for anyone to stay anywhere else in Waikiki. The best room rates. The Best staff. Convenient to all things Waikiki. And you cannot beat the price here, I would never stay anywhere other than The Hotel LaCroix when I travel to Oahu for business or pleasure. Barret and his team are all things Aloha.

Thanks to Mat, the service was excellent. The view from our room was great. The room was clean. The beds could be more comfortable.

The balcony view from the 17 floor is just amazing, you have mountains to the right, ocean to the left, and downtown straight in frount. The location spot is perfect for walking to different clubs and restaurants. If you do not have a car it is a perfect spot but valet is only available here with it being around $40 so do be aware of that. All… Read more

This hotel is old, outdated, smells, with 1 microwave for use, and charges a resort fee but does not offer a resort environment. No microwave in room, broken shower, smelly hallways, room service is a joke, brown lobby chairs are disgusting and nasty, and the layers of paint in the outdated rooms should be stopped and renovations performed. No microwave in room, broken shower, smelly hallways, room service is a joke, brown lobby chairs are disgusting and nasty, and the layers of paint in the outdated rooms should be stopped and renovations performed. No restaurant and room service is a joke. They serve bagged frozen food at gourmet prices and is not open later than 7:00pm. The staff was nice but I would never stay here again and I guarantee you could find an actual 4 star hotel with a great location for the price Read less
