The hotel

Excellent location, newly refurbished rooms which are very comfortable, & efficient checkin & checkout (@4am!) are all factors which will result in a return there next holiday. Close to everything & activities in the heart of central Waikiki.

Wonderful holiday with my husband & two daughters. The hotel totally met all our expectations & we loved the stay here. Special mention to Ryan from HSKPG DEPT for finding some lost laundry of mine!! Really appreciated him finding my lost bikini lol. Thanks Ryan!

The service from the hotel staff was phenomenal. Florence took great care of our room, making sure we always had new sheets and plenty of towels. The WiFi was sometimes shaky, and you had to rent a microwave if you wanted one. Other than that, great time.

Fabulous staff especially house keeping department! Thank you Taciara who welcomed us and made us feel very special. The rooms are clean and modern. Great Cafe and little shop in the lobby. Pool was nice. Very good location, close to all the shops.

Thank you Kristina for taking care of us!! We were tired and hungry but you made us feel welcome with your hospitality and kindness. We’re traveling with our 6 yr old and it was a very hectic first day. Kristina was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. She really went above and beyond!
