We’ve been traveling to Oahu for many years and once we found this property it is the only one we consider staying in. We’ve been enjoying it for around 6 years staying at least once a year and sometimes twice. We love the fact it’s in Waikiki within a short stroll to the water and the amenities Waikiki has to offer but far enough away to stay clear of the madness and crowds. We’ve managed to get the same room in the EWA Tower every time given it’s very spacious with a full kitchen, dining and living areas as well as a bedroom and incredibly spacious bathroom. It feels like home. The patio is stellar with clear and central views to the ocean. We love the adult pool and the service from the attendants is top notch. The restaurants have undergone some changes over the years but Quiora’s al fresco dining is still quite good. Dean and Deluca, located on street level is great for a quick bite or coffee and Sushi Sho is STELLAR. Book it way in advance but if you can’t get a seating one can order their bento boxes to go which are ready in the afternoon for you to enjoy pool-side or in-room. There’s also a market downstairs, great for standards. Given you are staying in an actual condo when here, we order groceries from Whole Foods when we arrive and stock our fridge for our stay so it’s incredibly convenient because we often stay at least two weeks, eating out for every meal is not always the ideal. The overall service from the staff is serviceable and courteous, Needless to say, we love it here and it always feels like coming home! Read less

Our one bedroom (32nd flr) was approx 900 sf. It had a separate living room, kitchen w/ dining area, washer/dryer, oversized bath w/enormous double vanity, walk-in shower, separate soaking tub and a very large balcony with ocean views from living and BR. It was large, comfortable, clean and it was perfect for the two of us. The staff are the absolutely amazing! Everyone from valet, checkin, dining and housekeeping are 100% focused on customer satisfaction. No joke, you are treated like royalty! The outdoor dining was spectacular. The food was very good. While this hotel is NOT directly on the beach, it is just a few blocks (5-10 minute walk) from Waikiki beach and shopping district. We were 100% pleased with our 7-night stay at Ritz Carlton Residences! Read less

Mixed bag of service ranging from excellent to useless. Flew in exhausted and wanted to order soup. Turns out no room service without qr code. We did not know any QR code except for tv which I used to turn off tv. Front desk 30 minutes ago said they would send up a list of QR codes. Or use the tv which needs a QR code to turn on? Adult and family pools were both great - the temperature could have been a bit warmer but hot tub was nice :) My kids loved the complimentary gelato and looked forward to the different flavours everyday.
