We went to Las Vegas to see Adele and had the BEST weekend ever staying at Crockford's. From the instant we were there the customer service was impeccable! Our room was clean, beautiful and received a warm welcome. I was also delivered a box of macaroons for my birthday! The Crockford security was nice as well and gated when you enter the front entrance. Another fabulous highlight was the concierge service. They sent me a warm welcome before going there and also included travel accommodations from and to the airport, gift baskets options and Linnie was AMAZING and assisted my Sister and me to plan a helicopter ride to the Grand Canyon. She took care of all the planning and recommended a professional company and we had the best trip. Linnie also continued to check in, dropped of a box of strawberries for my birthday and sent an email to check in upon our return home. I cannot thank Crockford's and their Staff enough for a memorable and priceless experience! I have already told so many and will DEFINITELY stay at Crockford's in the future! Thank you Read less

This was my second stay at Crockfords Las Vegas. My first stay was in March 2024, in which we booked an Entertainment suite in Crockfords West, since we had three children with us. Both times I have been impressed with the customer service, cleanliness, and comfort of Crockfords. Yes, it isn't the least expensive option to stay in Las Vegas, but I enjoy the less hectic, more exclusive feel to the property. That alone is worth the additional price tag. We stayed in March to get married and returned in November to have a mini-honeymoon, both of which the concierge was stellar at making us feel welcome and celebrated. I also have to mention the outstanding fitness facilities, as I am a fitness professional and specifically look for properties with everything I need to stay on track while traveling. Read less

Listed as a five star hotel. The service is more like a 3 star hotel. Entire hotel seems understaffed. Calling the front desk and the line rings for minutes without answer. A guest is left to walk down to the front desk to get anything done. 60 floors down!! Very disappointing experience for spending more than $500 per night for each of three… Read more

He went above and beyond for us. Throughout our stay, everyone from the Crockfords team, including the entire valet team and housekeeping team were all so nice and greeted us all the time. To the moment we checked out with Eric, the daytime front desk manager ensured that our check out was smooth and made sure that we had a great experience. I can’t thank enough Shors and Eric for everything they do and for how attentive and caring they are for their customers!! Thank you for everything! Read less

This is a fabulous luxury hotel, top tier. This is my second time staying at the hotel because I don't like the hustle and bustle at the other big name dated hotels on the strip. The concierge contacted us before our trip and met my request and even made a few luxury shopping appointments for me. This time we had a suite and the staff was fabulous. The lobby is beautiful, they no longer offer a welcome beverage (which they should bring back) but I felt welcomed from the valet staff to the front desk. The room was gorgeous and clean, we had views of the mountain and stayed on the 61st floor. The continental breakfast was a nice addition from my last visit. I love all the high tech amenities, the tub and even the massager in the room. We had the best housekeeping staff, we told them a time to come and they came at that time. I didn't get the ladies name but they were all great. We requested ice every night and the turn down service was on point. The elevators were fast and I even enjoyed the Crockfords only pool area. The bartender was great and knowledgeable because my husband is particular about his old-fashion drink. The thing I love about the Crockfords is its quiet and quaint. I even spend a day in the Awana Spa which was just as fabulous. I even love the space between the slot machines its not full of people on top of you. If you want enjoy quiet luxury and even spotting a few celebrities this is the place for you. The Street Eats area is fun and we loved James the bartender. My cons is I wanted a microwave... the portion at the Carver steakhouse was huge and I wanted to finish my meal later in my suite. I want them to work on attracting some top tier retailers at the Resort World Mall, I don't like having to shop else where all the time and a few stores didn't allow me to charge my purchases to my room, and the resort is suppose to be technology centered. I like the option to be cashless so I hope they fix that technology to sync with the retail stores. Read less
