We had an amazing time at Crockfords Las Vegas. This is our 2nd stay at Resorts World Las Vegas in 12 months. Linni in the Concierge Department made sure that our stay was very memorable. I asked her many questions prior to us arriving and during our stay. Nothing was a problem for her and even when she was on a day off, she answered my questions. Tickets for shows and advice on what to see and do were all great suggestions. Congrats to all the staff at Crockfords Las Vegas. We will be back. Read less

I've stayed at Crockfords Las Vegas on several occasions and it has never disappointed me. The hotel is so beautiful and the rooms are well appointed and extremely clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and efficient. On my most recent visit, I had an opportunity to use the services of their concierge, Linni Matsuo. She was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient in making various arrangements for me at the hotel, and was even able to get me a hard-to-get dinner reservation at a very popular restaurant. Her desire to help and expertise went above and beyond and I am truly grateful to her. Read less

From first entering the gorgeous Crockford's lobby, we were delighted with the total environment. Concierge Linni Matsuo greeted us warmly, directing us to the check-in staff. 'Edith' cordially assisted us in procuring a beautiful, carefully appointed suite. The room's view proved awesome as were all the well-thought-out amenities of the living space. As a designer, I enjoyed the tasteful decor choices presented. Each day we were so appreciative of Linni Matsuo's gracious hospitality and intuition at being helpful regarding dining referrals, nightly show schedules, property services and courtesies, etc. Her professional skill and expertise is impressive. Linni’s decorum represented those of her Crockfords colleagues throughout our stay, ...from dining and pool servers, casino dealers, spa staff, housekeeping personnel, etc. Thank you, Linni, for your part in making our first Crockfords stay so very lovely, start to finish. We look forward to future stays at your beautiful property. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Amazing service, but with billing errors.

Lets start with the bad and get this out of the way, because if #1 is fixed I will for sure stay here again on a paid stay, if the billing error is not then I would only stay on a full comp. 1. Lets start with the bad and get this out of the way, because if #1 is fixed I will for sure stay here again on a paid stay, if the billing error is not then I would only stay on a full comp. 1. I prepaid for our hotel room via FHR and they re-charged my card for the stay when I checked in but did not tell me that. it also did not show on my paper bill which was pretty sneaky. I understand a pending charge for incidentals as I travel 2-3 times a month through the US and Asia and this is common practice but it drops off and the "paper bill" is what gets charged to your card. This charge did not drop off and was completely separate (I found it so odd) which is why I had to call today. The lady I spoke to today informed me she has to reach out to "wholesale" to have my card credited digitally which is fine as long as I get my money back that I am owed. Because she was pretty helpful and my stay was over all great I am giving four stars. If it is taken care of in a timely manner I'd up to five. I just do not like wasting my time because people are derelict in their responsibilities as employees. I just find it very odd also because It never actually showed on any of the paper bills they gave me in person only did I notice when I reviewed my credit card statement (did I mention very sneaky and dishonest tactic). So if you stay here via prepaid FHR check your bills on your credit card and make sure they know you prepaid when you check in (who would have thought I would have had to tell them as I've never had to any of the times I have prepaid through FHR). If it isn't taken care of I will have to dispute, and complain to Amex FHR, and most likely consumer protection which I would like to avoid. (update: only part of the billing error has been fixed they still owe me for the resort fee they charged me twice for and the taxes. ) 2. I'd say avoid The adult pool as it was DIRTY, and gross by the afternoon. It had toilet paper with blood on it floating around, empty alcohol cups, straws, many pieces of fruit (lime, strawberries, pineapple, etc., and band aids (why so many?? lol) and we immediately got out once we saw that as near the steps it appeared clean and it wasn't till we were walking around the pool that we noticed the trash (I honestly can't say eewwwwwwww enough and why were people just sitting in it????). It was the only gross pool though and they have several pools. I know this isn't the complete fault of the hotel as the adults in the pool were HIGHLY intoxicated and are obviously disgusting creatures (lol) but it was a lot of trash. I mean I like to drink and party but I don't become disgusting and start throwing my trash in the pool. 3. We ate at Carversteak for fathers day and my husband said it was the worst steak he ever ate in Las vegas Note*** I did not have steak I had apps and raw sushi like food and I LOVED my food. But we do frequent Vegas 3-6 times a year and he's never said that about any of the restaurants he's eaten steak at (Spago, HK, Prime, Tender, Kumi, stripsteak, Peter Lugar, etc). 4. if you are a degenerate (LOL) gambler like me the payouts on slots are not great haha, BJ was fun though so I would definitely play tables or the bar slots if I return. I did much better when I moved to Nomad and gambled on the strip. Also during the day I could only get a cocktail at a bar gambling not on the floor which was weird I very rarely saw cocktail servers on the floor during the day. Nighttime was much better and once I tipped the server well she made sure I always had a water if I didn't want a cocktail. Now for the good! 1. they gave us a FABULOUS upgrade to a beautiful suite. I LOVED IT! Our room was SO CLEAN, the bathroom was so CLEAN! and if you frequent Vegas you know sometimes you can get a sky suite at Aria or Cosmo and the bathroom be not so clean. I took a bath everyday I was at Crockfords. They made sure I was on a top floor away from an elevator without having to ask (major bonus). I really love Crockfords and Conrads in Asia ( I travel to Singapore and Malaysia 3-4 times a year and always stay there) because of the fabulous service and all the amenities they give you and this hotel is no different, the Mojave ghost scent is my fav and it is included here in the suite. 2. the other pools beyond the adult pool were great and clean and service was exceptional, so we ended up hanging out at them and really enjoyed it. 3. Every bar we visited was amazing. Bartenders were great, definitely check out the ALLE' lounge on 66 if your are here because the view is great, and the bartenders make a great cocktail. Vanessa was my favorite. 4. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the hotel. So clean, wasn't smokey, bright, did i mention great cocktails? 5. Food options are endless, I liked FUHU, FUHU shack (get the char sui bowl), the taco place near the food hall, the pool bar, and VIVA. I've eaten at Genting palace twice before staying here but did not this time but that is a chinese favorite of mine. 6. I liked gambling at the bar that was fun and VERY good comp drinks, I'll be back for those cocktails. 7. The complimentary car is a pretty great feature, I wish I had known it was complimentary before my last day. Our driver was super friendly and his driving was great (taxis and uber can be a little terrifying sometimes because they are trying to get in as many rides as they can during their shift. IYKYK) but now I know so if I return I will hands down use him as I just tipped him what an Uber or taxi would have cost me and he was very appreciative. Conclusion: I really enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of the strip for a couple days, I work A LOT and love coming to Vegas to blow off steam (and money haha) but sometimes I just need to relax before I start getting into my major gambling and this place fits that bill. We really loved the (CLEAN) pools, the food (minus my husbands sad steak), and our room and housekeeping was just top notch (just as nice if not nicer than Aria sky suite I mean our room was SOOOO CLEAN). We were in the West tower and some people complain about it but I really liked being close to the casino and the food hall, and we loved the mountain/city view. I don't drag my luggage around myself as I don't mind tipping the guys who will bring it to me. So maybe if you are lugging all that yourself it would be a nuisance. If the billing error is fixed I will hands down stay here again (especially with SEMA and F1 coming up as I will need a few relaxing days before or after all that as I have stays on the strip for both of those and we know that is going to be wild and noisy). Give this place a shot just know where you are staying and have proper expectations. Service here is top notch. Read less
