Rooms were ok some of the faucet fixtures were a little rusty in the bathroom. No complimentary coffee in the rooms. Too much going on, on the strip due to F1 which made it difficult to venture out. Transportation was impossible, we learned to use the monorail and the tram to navigate to the casinos.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. We asked for a quiet room on a high floor and that is what we got. The room was very clean, comfy bed, soft pillows, quick internet, many channels on the TV, nice fitness center, fun casino and many dining options. Very friendly staff. I will return again soon.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Harrah's. The check in at the kiosk was a breeze and there was also a friendly worker there to help with any issues. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Harrah's. The check in at the kiosk was a breeze and there was also a friendly worker there to help with any issues. We arrived a few hours early and gladly paid the $50 early check in fee (this goes down the closer you are to 4:00). The room was very nice, very clean and the beds felt like sleeping on clouds! The only complaint I could find is that the bedside outlets do not hold a plug at all. The plug just falls out so I had to find an alternate outlet of which there were very few and none near the bed. Minor inconvenience. The Ivy app worked great for any issues. We asked for room cleaning when we checked in and that happened daily although later in the day. Again, no problem. The gym is very small for this size of a hotel. It had adequate machines. I would suggest adding some yoga mats for stretching. Location is great. McDonald's is right next door for coffee that is less than the $12 Starbucks! Casino Royale was also fun to visit for more of an old Vegas feel. I would gladly book Harrah's again. The price was great, friendly, helpful staff, easy to check in and out, clean, and super comfy beds. What more could you ask? Read less

Choosing Harrahs for our last evening experience after a 6 nights stay in Vegas. The worst experience and definitely the wrong choice. An early big 0 birthday with my 2 sons. While my overall experience no matter where we went. Be it on or off the strip was amazing, and of all the very polite respectful and well mannered. Greeting from everyone that we crossed paths with, I knew from the off a bartender was clearly looking for some sort of confrontation the moment we arrived at the bar. Demanded ID from both sons. A drivers licence not being enough. Demanded passports. Both clearly mid 30s to forties. Proceeded to demand payment for 3 Medello beers ignoring completely we each had put $100 to 200 each on bar poker. Eldest being told he needed to slow down and was drinking to fast after his second beer in hour and half. While accepting the pressures that must at times take its toll on staff. This guy was downright confrontational. He's front line staff fgs. If you're at this bar, and anyone other than the guy with clearly visible body art, neck tats, comes to serve you. Walk away. If it's tattoo guy.. you sir deserve a lot more credit than your counterpart. I can find ignorance on any street corner without travelling half way around the world. You let down those hard working people who continue to smile and try so hard to make vegas a pleasant experience. Manners cost nothing. Read less
