After 30 years of welcoming guests under the name of Bally's, the hotel has been renovated and we're ready to introduce you to Horseshoe Las Vegas! With all the famous amenities, but spruced up to give that extra bit of glamour, you're sure to find everything you need here - from shops to restaurants, and plenty of bars and shows. There’s the casino too of course, with its traditional reels, video poker, slots machines and roulette tables but, if Lady Luck and you have been flirting too much, head on over to the oversized poolside — it’s rocking. And yes, we do mean literally, with DJ music, private cabanas and plenty of shaded areas thanks to the palm trees! Being in the centre of the strip is great for enjoying all that Vegas has to offer, and it's also great when it comes to hotel room views too - choose between High Roller views, looking out on the South of the Strip, or our personal favourite, the fountain view. Whichever room you pick here, you're sure to have a blast.

Great experience overall. If you want to feel like you have your own man cave, this is the spot. Bartenders here are great people, very friendly. Always have a great time there. Great time. Tables were good. Room was nice. View was great. Would highly recommend!

First the positive: we had a large studio suite with a fabulous view of the sphere, the high roller and the strip. First the positive: we had a large studio suite with a fabulous view of the sphere, the high roller and the strip. The room layout was comfortable with a seating area, roomy closets, nice bathroom and external vanity area. Now the not-so-good: the glass windows were dirty and the daily cleaning did not appear to include vacuuming. The AC was noisy and cycled on and off frequently, and kept my husband awake. The bed was so uncomfortable that I woke up with a backache every morning. I could not get a coffee machine brought to my room, apparently you need to be in a higher level suite to get one. The alternative was getting up & dressed & going to the lobby to buy coffees from the espresso shop there. Finally, the staff I interacted with was not very service-oriented and did not seem to care much about the clients or their needs.

No water, no coffee maker, the internet is slow and you have to check yourself in and out! Not that this is out of the way, how about the way the take care of the room, the HVAC filter hasn't been changed in who know how long, paint peeling in the shower, dirt and dust beyond the reach of the housekeeping staff an who knows what is on the wall and even the TV remote was broken, I'm sure it has been complained about many times. At $200 a night, I have seen a lot better places.

Disgusting hotel. The casino is just dirty and run down and the rooms weren't much better. When we checked in we had no hot water to take a shower before dinner which later turned into no water at all. Unbelievable for $350 per night you expect to have running water.
At 4 am we had someone knock at our door trying to get into our room…

At 4 am we had someone knock at our door trying to get into our room claiming to be looking for their 14 year old son. Huge security issues since anyone can get up to the room floors without scanning a card.
I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free.

Worst hotel ever - horrible and extremely rude customer service. Dirty and run down. Dont stay there!
The staff will NOT help you in any way what so ever. It happened to us on several occasions.
The staff at the reception takes 1. price in being
obnoxiously rude. It seems like they hate their job and their guests. Horrible experience.
