I haven't written a review in quite a while, but feel this hotel and area deserve it. The Bad, Resorts World is a bit far away from the main strip, but they are working hard to renovate this section of Las Vegas Blvd. The good, everything....The hotel is new and beautiful and easy to check into. The elevators are split up by floors so there is virtually no wait. The food!!! I have not seen this number of high end restaurants in any area on the strip. The weather has been in 110+ every day and not having to travel to go to dinner is a plus!! And not just the high end restaurants are good, the mid-priced bars & grills & lunch restaurants are so far all great (and the service has been impeccable at every venue we have visited). Normally at other resorts we have visited it is hard to even find a table or a place to stand to eat breakfast. It may change as this area gets more popular, but right now it is amazing to be able to go down and get a meal at any time without waiting for an hour or getting horrible service. The pool are extensive with separate family pools. Each day there are loungers available despite the guests who try to "save' a spot for the entire day. Another great point of being on the "edge" of the more popular part of the strip is that you can walk out and get water, sodas, etc at the Walgreens just across the street. It also has very easy (7 min walk) access to the Fashion Mall, which actually has some very good (more affordable) stores than the stores in the hotel complexes. We even went to the Ross Dress for Less across the street (as our suitcase was damaged to the extent it was difficult to roll) and were able to roll a new one back to the hotel at a fraction of the price we normally pay for luggage. Overall, since we have been to Vegas many times, this was a great location for us as we have "walked" the strip many times and seen many of the popular sights. This was almost more of a relief to have much better amenities with better/easier access and actually enjoy our time. Read less

Stayed here with a 10 and 13 year old for an AAU basketball tournament. Rooms and pool are great. Most staff are friendly. I knocked a star off because of a very angry security guard named Nick. My 10 year old was tired and was slouched (not laying down) on the couch in the lobby. Nick came through and told him “he couldn’t sleep there” in a very snarky manner. I told him my son was not sleeping, we were guests of the resort, and shame on him for picking on a 10 year old kid. He was unapologetic. I hope they take care and get rid of this bully. He treated my son like he was a homeless person trying to sleep on a lobby sofa after we just spent thousands to stay at this resort. Read less

Checked in online so avoided the long check in lines and room even ready on the app early. Room 'okay' but a little tired - hand held shower head had broken. Perfectly adequate though with comfy beds & pillows and large bathrooms. Elevators bit of a joke around check out time though, did have to wait ages to go down around 11am with several elevators sailing past us full before we managed to squeeze into one! Talking of check out, the app allows you to do this - but the function was not available and asked us to join the line to do this in person. Only 2 people on the desk, so this took around half hour which was not ideal! Enjoyed the pizzeria (Mulberry?), the Dawg House, Suns out Buns out and the Tikki bar - all of which were nice. Read less

June 2024 I stayed at Hilton Resort World in Las Vegas and left my passport in the in-room safe when I checked out on Tuesday. I realized I left my passport after arriving in LA that Tuesday night and called the hotel immediately, explaining that I needed my passport by Saturday for my return to my home country overseas. The hotel representative said there was nothing she could do because it was outside business hours, and I had to call back the next morning between 9 AM and 5 PM, despite my urgency. She explained that opening the in-room safe required the hotel manager and security, who were not available outside office hours. This confused me because hotel services are supposed to be available 24 hours. Nevertheless, I waited until the next morning. Worried, I tried calling again that night, hoping to get immediate help. A different person answered, and I had to explain everything again. He said nothing could be done and advised me to file a loss report online and wait until morning. This was perplexing—why couldn't he file the report for me? Why didn’t the first representative mention this? So, I filed the loss report online and waited for the next morning. The following morning, I called during business hours, and a different person answered. The representative said there was no progress and the room was now occupied by another guest. She needed permission from the current guest to enter the room and check the safe. I understood and asked her to contact the guest urgently to retrieve my passport. She promised to arrange this and email me with any progress, but nothing happened. This made me worry that they weren't taking my situation seriously. Before 5 PM, I requested to speak to the hotel manager. She repeated the same information and asked me to wait until Friday. When I asked if housekeeping should check the in-room safe before allowing another guest to check in, she said they missed it and there was nothing they could do. She didn't even apologize. I continued to call, speaking to over 20 different people from the front desk, security, and lost and found department, all of whom said there was no progress. Finally, I gave up and waited until Friday. At 11:15 AM, I called the hotel representative, another new person, and explained everything again, but still no progress. By 12:00 PM, I called again and spoke with a new person, Ryan Leonardo. This time, Ryan was very helpful. He told me that the guest was still in the room and asked me to wait on the line while he checked further. After about 10 minutes, Ryan informed me that he had called the guest's mobile number, and they had already checked out at 7 AM that day. I was shocked—why hadn't any of the previous staff I spoke to called the guest's mobile number? Ryan assured me that he would arrange for housekeeping and security to check the room and safe immediately. He sorted it out in 15 minutes, and Ryan confirmed that they had found the passport among other things in the safe. The items were now in the lost and found department and would be arranged for immediate shipment via FedEx. Unfortunately, the items couldn't be received by Saturday because it was too late for FedEx pickup. If the hotel staff had acted more promptly, I could have received my passport by Saturday. I did not expect such careless service from multiple staff members at a 5-star hotel from the Hilton Resort World brand. It felt like everyone just responded to my calls without taking any action. Luckily, there was Ryan Leonardo, who genuinely cared about my situation and helped resolve it quickly, ensuring my passport was found and sent to me. I greatly appreciate his exceptional service. Regarding the hotel itself, the room was quite spacious and clean, but very few guest amenities were provided—no coffee or tea-making facilities and minimal bathroom amenities. Many F&B outlets were closed during my stay for unknown reasons. Overall, there was nothing special about this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Read less
