I was expecting a high end hotel. We waited in line of over 10 people with one person working the counter. I had to call the desk because I ran out of toilet paper. There was no extra roll. When my wife got up to shower, she did not have shampoo or conditioner. Another call to the desk to get that. And what are the 2 charges of 17.01 for a Call… Read more

I will never stay there again. Read less

Let me start with I love Caesars, but Nobu is just falls short of expectations. It’s harder to get to, farther from check-in, and rooms, just use main valet. Check-in is different from regular but only on person at check-in with possibly of two, welcome drink that we never got and the biggest thing is that the people at desk have no power to help you with anything. Room was ok but I’ve been in nicer regular Caesars rooms. View is mostly poor, low floors but the start at “73”, which is not close to true. Next time I’ll just book a regular room and use my Diamond perks and forgo Nobu or go to another upscale hotel as listed above. Try better Caesars. Read less

Earlier today, we checked in at Nobu Las Vegas and were excessively disappointed. Despite its impressive name, the hotel falls very short of being a five-star property. When we arrived at the valet parking station, we waited for nearly ten minutes only to be told that the lot was full. I had to self-park after dropping off my father, who has mobility issues. The check-in process took place in a narrow hallway without any seating, leaving my father to sit on a step while we waited to be helped. In one of our rooms, we found several opened alcohol bottles. We had to inform guest services to ensure that we wouldn't be charged for them. No one apologized for the inconvenience. Clearly, there are no housekeeping supervisors. Additionally, even though we paid for three adults to share one of two rooms, we found out that only two devices could connect to Wifi at no charge. Connecting a third device cost $15. We were left wondering what the third-guest charge was for. Only thirty minutes after checking in, we were ready to leave the hotel. It was definitely not up to the standard of a five-star property. I would definitely not stay here again. Read less

This was BY FAR the worst Las Vegas hotel experience I’ve had in over 40 years of trips here. We had problems, and it seemed that no one really cared. The text virtual assistant is a disaster. It frequently gave me incorrect or incomplete answers. Problems: 1. First morning, hotel hair dryer smoked and smell of burnt wiring when plugged in. Had to request a replacement 2 times before it happened. 2. Second morning, no lights in bathroom. When maintenance eventually showed up, problem was due to a tripped GFCI outlet that is in the TOP of the closet behind a large box. 3. Third morning, no lights in bathroom again. So I had to drag a chair across the room, remove the box, and reset the GFCI outlet myself. 4. Third day, room had not been attended by housekeeping as of 2:00 PM. Virtual assistant said we have to request housekeeping every day. That’s not what a human told us when we checked in. After all of this, I asked to speak to a manager. I was told they would contact me in 48-72 hours. This is absurd. The virtual assistant told me to see someone at the check-in desk. I thought they meant the desk at Floor 72. No. Virtual assistant sent me a map. Location of check-in desk shows it to be where the Nobu restaurant desk is. After MANY frustrating exchanges with the assistant, I gave up. It still sent me a map 2 more times. Concierge listened to our problems, but only noted it in a system. No one to really talk to who had some stake in the hotel being a good place to stay. For my next trip to Vegas, I’m strongly considering staying at a hotel now owned by Caesar’s. Read less

We recently spent four days celebrating my mom and dad's birthdays in Las Vegas. When we found out we were "upgraded" at Caesars Palace, we were super excited. So, what did this upgrade include? The room itself was nice, though the view was nothing special. We didn't complain, though. One thing we quickly learned: don't touch any alcohol in your room unless you're ready to pay extra. Got it. Another surprise: using the refrigerator comes with a $75 charge. What! On the brighter side, we enjoyed a free cocktail hour each day at 5 pm. Nice touch. The rooms and surrounding area were wonderfully quiet, which made for fantastic, peaceful nights. Customer service was outstanding throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great time. However, be aware that there's a resort fee of over $50 per day, whether you use their amenities or not. Read less
