Atmosphere of room was good but everything else was trash. Front desk was lacking hospitality and empathy. The pool area was disgusting concreate needs to be power cleaned and pool was dirty needed to be cleaned and jacuzzi was closed during stay because a homeless man decided to take a bath and front desk conveniently stated it was closed due to a mechanical error that occurred during the same time during the bath incident. They do nothing for celebrations I asked not even a letter and they stated no. Lowest Sheraton I’ve ever been too. And when asked for compensation because jacuzzi was closed during our stay not before we were told to call a number that led to voicemail. Very upset would never come back. Also elevators are slow as hell!!! The outside of hotel is super dirty they need the walls and windows cleaned as well. Read less

Amenity very dirty. The Room is dirty and old. refrigerator was open. The shuttlebus drivers only kind and work hard. Especially, Bartenders was very unkind and Rude. They was not respect to there's customer. I never visit again to this Sheraton gateway Hotel.

Maricruz helped me at check in and she couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. She made my family and me feel very welcome and helped me fix a reservation that I needed to change. We really appreciate seeing a friendly face when we are traveling on vacation!

$75 early check-in fee before 12pm. Talk about hotel nickel and diming you. Hotel is nothing special, furniture and rooms seem worn. This place takes full advantage of people that come in on early flights. Would never stay here again when I’m in LA. Miserable place, lifeless staff. Not worthy of a 4 star rating.
