Pretty hotel, great location near Whole Foods. Friendly staff, the bellman Fernando(from the lobby) was great to us as we were checking in. We ended up switching rooms and he helped us through the whole process( we wanted to move away from the loud music on our floor) . Amazing wedding weekend room block!

The team at the Mondrian was phenomenal. From the room block team through Landy, to the bellhops Bautista and Santiago, Jalissa at the pool with our cabanas and whole wedding party, Mark the director, and the entire concierge staff, they went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and had an amazing time our wedding weekend. Love this hotel!

We loved the Mondrian.. excellent service.. amazing views of the bay.. Sander was fantastic.. he was really helpful.. and the lasses on the front desk printed our luggage tags for the cruise.. and Natalie in the Baia bar was great fun!!

I was on crutches for my stay and Sandor was constantly helping me with a smile on his face. Was one of the best trips I’ve had in awhile because of it. The pool was beautiful and the rooms clean. The view of the ocean alone from the room was to die for.

Santiago is the best he provided the best customer service. Very understanding. I would recommend staying here just for him! Enjoyed this stay and the service provided. The experience was top tier. I can’t wait to come back. Best hotel so far experiencing Miami.
