This trip was on the whim and spontaneous that we booked our room the same night that we arrived. We were here 24 months ago and booked 2 queens, this time we booked 1 king. The rooms are identical and we got the same pool view. However, last time we received plush robes and disposable slippers. This time we did not get disposable slippers. Glad I always pack a pair with me when I’m out of town. By being a Gold member we were able to do digital check in and offered $25 food credit each night to dine at Dawg House. There’s a kiddy pool that goes up to 4ft, the only hot tub is on the opposite side that adults and children could join. An infinity adult pool in the very back. The circular pool is only for cabana and chair rental guests. We were here last time and it felt like your own private pool. The two other main pools are out in the open with no shade. There’s a bar/snack restaurant called Bites. Their towels are super duper thin and light weight that the wind was blowing it to the ground. You’re talking about a folded towel and the wind knocked it off the seats. They need to invest in better quality towels that actually soak up water. I don’t remember this being the case last time because we were in the cabanas and no wind in the forecast. You need to use your room key to access the elevator and it’s to your floor only. The food hall is great and many vendors have rotate out. Plenty of restaurant choices. It’s a great resort, however I’m disappointed in the towels and the disposable slippers. Read less

Since we had to leave a day earlier than planned, I went to reception to ask if we still had to pay the resort fee and parking for the last day. An extremely unfriendly and annoyed employee said yes. On the day of departure, the checkout via app and text message didn't work, so I had to go back to the front desk. Here I had to wait almost 50 minutes!!! until it was my turn and I could check out. So the trip to the airport was very stressful. I'm used to much better hotels in Las Vegas, so I won't be staying here again. Read less

My husband and I traveled to Las Vegas for a quick getaway and decided to stay at the Conrad Resort World property. We checked in Thursday afternoon and was initially pleased with the room and didn’t feel compelled to inspect it upon arrival and we immediately left to explore the strip and returned hours later. Once we returned and prepared for bed my husband noticed stains on the pillow cases which turned out to be dried blood spots. You can only imagine how shocked we were and immediately stripped the bed to examine the linen which was not stained. I stripped the pillow cases and placed towels on the pillows and said I would deal with concern in the morning. The following morning I went straight to the front desk and informed the staff & onsight manager of my findings at which time they offered an apology and advised they would waive one day resort fee as well as put in a request to have housekeeping conduct a thorough cleaning while we were out of the room. We were also offered a $150 resort credit for the inconvenience. We accepted the offer and went about our day but shocked to find once we returned and examined the linen there was still a blood stain on one of the pillow cases. This time I called the front desk and asked for the manager on duty and informed him of the unsanitary findings and questioned what would be done to rectify the problem and I was told since they already waived the one day resort fee and provided me with a resort credit for the previous incident there was nothing else they could offer me. Well, you can only imagine the frustration, anger I felt and emailed the hotel directly and asked that someone in a higher rank be advised for awareness and acceptable resolution aside from housekeeping coming back to provide be linen. After my email was received I was contacted by a manager who offered an additional resort credit, room switch which I refused because I was checking out the following day. I did request a later check out which was granted but the entire experience has put a bad taste in my mouth and I will not return back to the property in the future. Read less

It’s like flying United economy. It does the job but you’re glad when it’s over. The staff was not friendly, especially compared to staff at the Wynn and most other resorts. The bed was uncomfortable, and have to walk a bit to get to the Strip. The pool is nice.
