Nice hotel, food was over-priced and under-delivered tasted like microwave prepacked heated up food. Ate at the lobby bar and again room service with the same experience. Gambling was very disappointing- tried several slots never a win over $30 betting $2.50-5. I won't go back.

It’s elegant in a fun way. Rooms are comfortable and large. Great beds and linens. Great pool are. Great gym and spa . Really good food. Good employees. And before this past week, it’s clean! We stayed for several days in a nonsmoking King room. For the first time ever, checkin was a disaster. How hard could it be. Reservation was fully paid in advance. The front desk person had to redo our keys 3 times because each time he would say, it’s a smoking room, it’s a room with two beds, it’s a handicap room. After 40 minutes we finally got a king room. Non smoking room. We got to our room which wrecked of smoke and was dirty. I hope someone reads this and says attention. I love this hotel but these types of issues are unacceptable. Read less

Do NOT stay near the elevators - that's the 04 series of rooms in the tower suites. It wrecked my two nights I stayed there. To top it off, staff is poorly trained and inconsistent to handle this and the manager response by Susan was also inadequate. My first night, there was a thumping noise all night from the elevator. It disturbed my sleep all night. For the next morning at 7 am, when I called, the person answering the phone said I'm not the first person who called about this, it was an elevator issue and it was being looked at. No response after that. The second night, at 10:30 pm, I called again and the thumping noise was still there. The staff then told me it was an elevator issue that they should have told me affected my room (all rooms in 04 series). I moved rooms at 11 pm. It was painful and frustrating, especially when I called the hotel the next morning to say I was surprised they didn't offer any compensation for the two bad nights i had, due to admission of omission of knowledge. I also had a bad experience with the tower bar when I pre ordered breakfast -- they couldn't find my order, didn't have it ready (20 mins) and told me incorrect info about the charges. Operations are messy, training is inconsistent, service is lacking and quality of room given the noise issue was poor. Stay elsewhere. Read less

I’ve been a loyal client of the Wynn Hotel for over 20 years, but my recent experience was nothing short of infuriating. my latest stay may have been my last It’s unbelievable how a place so luxurious could completely disregard common sense and basic hospitality. On check-out day, my family and I were shocked to learn we couldn’t shower before leaving. The pool had closed early, and we had no access to other facilities. The hotel’s ridiculous solution? A £150 fee for just five mere minutes in the shower! As if that’s acceptable for any guest and considering we have returned many times . Because of this absurd policy, my 12 & 9 year old sons had to endure a 10-hour flight feeling sticky and uncomfortable, their skin drenched in chlorine. What kind of establishment allows that? Eventually, we were told we could change in the spa, but the experience was far from ideal. it was 30 minutes to closing time therefore no other women were in the spa, we were forced to change in the bathrooms and were denied access to the changing rooms making an already uncomfortable situation even worse. This lack of consideration for guests is simply appalling. It’s a shame, because the Wynn is a beautiful hotel with so much potential. But this experience has completely soured my impression, and I won’t be returning. The management needs to seriously rethink their policies. Long-term guests deserve to be treated with respect, not as an afterthought. Read less

I can’t say enough amazing things about The Wynn Hotel & Casino. My dad had a medical emergency & the security was on top of it with a swiftness. They didn’t hesitate to call EMS & wheeled him all the way outside & stayed until he was cleared to leave. We will always be grateful!!
