In the heart of North Conway, New Hampshire. Adjacent to the Settlers Green Outlet Village. 5-minute drive to Cranmore, 45 minutes to Loon, 40 minutes to Bretton Woods and 1 hour to Cannon. Driving time from Boston Logan International Airport: 2 hours 30 minutes.

Standard Rooms are 350 sq ft and have 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Nice facility and great location. Pricing was a bit deceiving with an "amenities fee" added on to the advertised price and I was not really sure what this amenities fee covered. I identified the sleep quality as very poor because the bed was very hard, however, if you are someone that prefers a hard bed, you would be happy.

Excellent accomodations! Clean, courteous staff. Wonderful morning coffee bar. Close to everything! Great value. Will definitely stay here again!

Only a quick overnight with two little kids on a return trip home. The kids loved the pool and kids stuff. The adults enjoyed a clean room with ac. Everyone enjoyed themselves with lots to do around with outlet shopping and food choices.

Family stay with kids it was poor overall. Location was great but rude staff and cleanliness of the room was rough. Drunk parents not paying attention to there kids in pool room.
