Enjoyable and fun. The hotel is located in the White Mountains with breath taking views all through the area. The hotel is located within close walking distance out the back door of the hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the are.
Hallmark Christmas Experience

It was like walking into a Hallmark Christmas movie with the decor and lit fireplace. I hope to go back when there is snow on the ground. The view of the mountain will be gorgeous. Our room had all the amenities including a hot spa tub. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always had great experiences, but this recent visit was disappointing. On the positive side, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, there was a group of children from a hockey team staying, and they were constantly running around unsupervised, playing tag and being extremely loud in the hallways. It was hard to relax with that kind of noise.
The mixed drinks at the hotel bar were also disappointing—small and not worth the price. Breakfast wasn’t any better, with poor options that fell below the usual standard I’ve come to expect here.
To top it off, I left a text and an email regarding some items I accidentally left behind, and I haven’t received any response. It’s disheartening to see such a decline in quality and service. I hope the hotel can address these issues and get back to its former standards. The current price isn’t worth the stay. There are better options in the area.
