In the heart of North Conway, New Hampshire. Adjacent to the Settlers Green Outlet Village. 5-minute drive to Cranmore, 45 minutes to Loon, 40 minutes to Bretton Woods and 1 hour to Cannon. Driving time from Boston Logan International Airport: 2 hours 30 minutes.

200 modern and comfortable rooms on 4 floors with 3 lifts. All with air-conditioning, TV, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, mini-microwave, iron and board, hairdryer and safe. Standard Rooms are 350 sq ft and have 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

After driving 4 hours to a different hotel we were extremely disappointed with, we tried to book two air b n bs and they failed and after exhausting everything we thought of we were desperate for a room traveling with 3 kids… I googled local hotels and this hotel was recommend and I am so glad that the original stays did not work out for is because this exceeded our family expectations. The staff was awesome, Luka was great at the front, everyone was so polite and they were constantly cleaning so I knew it was a standard they met. The beds were comfortable. And the hot tub and pool were great. We didn’t even know about the playground when we booked it and was super happy to find out it was gated in for our young kids Read less

I forgot to request a pack and play ahead of time when making the reservation, but staff gladly sent one right up to the room upon check in. Has not changed since I last stayed during COVID! And no complementary breakfast! Unheard of! And the rooms were in need of repair

The hotel was fairly full for our stay, but the staff was very attentive and all areas were kept clean. Being in the middle of a heat wave the pools were quite busy but never low on towels. Breakfast buffet was good but maybe slightly higher price for the offerings. Check in and check out were easy and seamless.
