Signature Terrace Rooms with views of the city or Hudson River, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Signature Family Rooms feature the addition of a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge, and have 1 king-size bed plus 2 full-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Signature Suites feature the addition of a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge, and a separate living room with pull out sofa, marble bath tub, and bedroom with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 6 people.

Great location and price for NYC near holiday time. Hotel is secure with staff at elevators and room key elevator activation. King room had very small bathroom but water pressure was sufficient. 2-night stay and room was cleaned after first night with fresh towel provided and bed made.

This charming hotel is centrally located, literally just footsteps from Times Square and Broadway! Great location with less than a 1 minute to walk to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. Staff was friendly, attentive, and very customer service oriented to all our requests. The free breakfast vouchers to Bond 45 and/or Carve were a nice touch and very convenient when you’re “on the go”getting your day started. The highlight of our stay was the personalized service we received from Danny, Director of Security. We had a package being delivered via FedEx and he was sure to help, keeping tabs on the delivery as well as personally updating us on status. He also personally hand delivered the package to our room. We were celebrating a 50th birthday, in which he had champagne delivered to our room as well! He made our stay extra special every time we saw him, always greeting us with a warm smile and making sure all our needs were met! This hotel was a nice change from the corporate feel of a large hotel chain. It would’ve been nice to have a larger bathroom and an updated room, however this is fairly typical for NYC accommodations unless you’re staying at the ritzy Crown Plaza! That said, the price was very reasonable and affordable, especially considering the prime location. Would definitely recommend checking it out! Read less

This exceed my expectations! Front desk was amazing, Hanniel went above and beyond to make our mom’s bday stay special. Location was great, minimal noise considering we were steps from Times Square. Beds were comfortable and clean. Definitely would be coming back.

The location was great, customer service was excellent, and I loved the bars and restaurants in the building! We really enjoyed our stay and will be recommending to friends and family in the future! The Rum House was my favorite part with great drinks, staff, and live entertainment!
