Bette Davis, Marlon Brando and other celebrities have enjoyed its brand of hospitality in the past, now it's your turn! The hotel manages to combine old-world glamour with modern 21st-century functionality. Guests can enjoy an elegant residential design and state-of-the-art room facilities. Disappointing

They spend four years renovating the hotel and the rooms still look like they are from 1930. Color scheme depressing, Black and white tile looks outdated. Same with bathrooms. And they add this extra mandatory charge when you arrive for things you don’t want or need, and you cannot use it for breakfast!
Exceeds expectations

Perfectly located, this stylish and very well run hotel exceeds my expectations every time. The rooms are lovely with very comfy beds and the food and drink excellent (if a little pricey). Thank you to Sofia and her team for the great experience. I will keep returning here.
Great NY Weekend Horel

The rooms were well appointed and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel is in a good location. The staff was friendly, attentive and efficient. We missed the full holiday decorations, but the seasonal menu was lovely. The lobby bar was easy to pop in and out.
Another superb stay!

This is my second time at this hotel. I really can't commend it highly enough. From check in to check out truly the best.
The standards are consiitently high throughout.
I was fortunate to have access to the lounge trip. What a treat. Thank you.
I for sure will be staying here again next year on my annual NYC visit.
Customer Service Needs Improvement

A lot of the service staff on phone don't communicate well. It's a nice hotel, but after a few days getting some billing from the hotel that is unclear, and trying to get an answer by phone is not easy.
And finally, they pelt you with surveys to fill out afterwards, and like this annoying service they have to be lengthy!
