My fiancée and I spent four nights at Kixby Hotel, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Very clean room and a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay – highly recommended And a big thank you for Jose for all the help.

The hotel is a great location for Times Square, Empire State, Macy’s and subway. It’s easy to get to The Grand Central Station and other attractions. The rooms are neat and comfortable, with all you need in them. The staff are very helpful in taking the time to inform you of Subway directions etc. Just down from the hotel is ‘Andrews Diner’.… Read more

We loved the Kixby Hotel. It is in such a great position to be able to walk to many of the main New York attractions. Rooms are a good size, bathroom small but lovely and clean and the shower was amazing. Super comfy beds too. Would wholeheartedly recommend the Kirby hotel.

The top level has a lovely rooftop you can take your own drinks up to and enjoy the city lights with views of the Empire State Building. The elevators were a little funky….you need your room key to operate it and that could be a little finicky, but we always got it to work. The staff was especially friendly! Front desk was always there with a hello and all housekeeping staff greeted you in the hallways. Jose the bellhop was so helpful when we checked out. He held our bags while we took one last jaunt around the city and got us a ride to the airport, matching the Lyft price. We will definitely stay at Kixby next time we’re in NYC! Read less

Free convenience room always open (such a fab idea), coffee and tea making in the room, and a water bottle on arrival to refill and keep. The… Read more

Free convenience room always open (such a fab idea), coffee and tea making in the room, and a water bottle on arrival to refill and keep. The view of ESB from the rooftop is out of this world! Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The staff were always friendly and helpful. And the hotel aign is eaay to spot, so you can't get lost (well you can, but it really helped those first couple of days). Thoroughly recommend. The only criticism- no mirror in the room! Read less
