The walls were thin. The bed was very uncomfortable. The water was weak. The room is very small. The restaurant was under reservation. The walls were very thin. The pillows were super uncomfortable. It was impossible to sleep.

Do not stay here. Unexpected smoking fee, twice, after checking out and we both don’t smoke. No response from the hotel. Multiple reviews stating this issue!! Good location but you end up paying double the price in unexpected smoking fees once you have left.

Loud AC. The worst bed I’ve ever seen. Uncooperative staff. No coffee in the building. Rip off overall price (w resort/facility fee buried so you can’t easily compare). The big chain hotels are WAYYYYY better (all w coffee some w breakfast) for less money - I know from staying 6 blocks away at a Marriott the week before. I thought I’d try… Read more

Pleas do not book your trip at OYO Time Square. The room was extremely small (which is ok ... you're in NYC)... but the room was also extremely noisy all night. Pleas do not book your trip at OYO Time Square. The room was extremely small (which is ok ... you're in NYC)... but the room was also extremely noisy all night. Throughout mostly of the night we would hear the elevator, doors closing, people screaming and so on ... Sound isolation is extremly poor so sleep quality suffered massively. The bathroom was just wild - lots of broken tiles - glasshelf looked very unstable. They could not manage to bring us more than one towel (we had to go to the reception every single day). The staff did not care about us at all and we had a really rude experience with the guy in the luggage room before we left the hotel. If this is 4 star then i really don't want to know what a 3 star hotel looks like. Other than location there is nothing good to be said about OYO Time Square. Read less

The rooms are boiling because the AC doesn’t work. The bathroom and sheets are dirty. Upon arrival I found dead bugs in the bathroom, stains on the sheets, and a little under a foot of space between the bed and the wall to get to the other side of the room.
