Cabin Rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, facing the back of the hotel, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people.

Comfort Rooms face the back of the building, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 full XL beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Superior Rooms are located on higher floors, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 full XL beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Superbly located hotel with excellent facilities. I would like to highlight all the staff who were extremely attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms are super comfortable and there are always bagels available in the morning. Number 1 hotel in New York City !!!! I will certainly return.

Room was very small. Takes long time to get back $100 deposit, after they charged us for things we did not take from mini bar. Room was dirty. Coffee machine did not work, also phone in the room did not work. Very noisy at night, room was facing buildings with lots of AC units. AC unit in the room very noisy/old. Only + was the location!

I asked for pads, as an emergency and the receptionist asked if it was for my dog?? Almost as a joke. I was in pain and not finding it funny at all, so still tried to elaborate and he kept smiling and not taking it serious until I gave up asking. Extremely sexist and rude behavior. Location easy walk to Time Sq or Grand Central, lots of food options in area. Rooms are NY small modern and spotless,great shower, free bagels coffee water fruit offered all day. Lobby is excellent area to relax in. Our only issue was the AC sounded like a freight train none stop it did cool the room. I would stay here again.

Great stay for a full week. If you need a quiet and clean hotel for a relaxed stay in the heart of New York, Pestana CR7 Times Square is a great option. Diana was the best host providing all information, support and guidance we needed. Services and touristic sites are only a walk away.
