6 adults in 2 rooms with 2 beds and a sofa bed in each .Room was great ,a good size ,very clean ,it’s a busy place and staff friendly and efficient . Location is great .However I would not recommend the sofa bed for adults,it is very uncomfortable and only suitable for small kids.

This hotel is well located for all sightseeing trips. It is clean, maid service everyday! The breakfast….. phenomenal. Set us up for the day. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great place to stay. Thank you Rui Plaza, Times Square .You did not disappoint

This trip was ridiculous. It was a work trip but with tons of free time and this was a great base to explore the city. Got to hang out in Time square. Never thought I’d be living this kind of life but here we are. Hotel was great. Staff super nice and the room was perfect.

The waiters especially on Sunday 11/17/24 were like the food police, when they thought a person was taking food out of the restaurant they place a card on you table saying food not allowed outside restaurant...then check you for food on your person to make sure you're not taking food. You pay so much to stay at this hotel and there's a buffet that you can't take your leftovers food from your own plate with you they rather throw it away. Read less

Breakfast is included and although it can be very busy it is very organised and the waiting time for seating is not long at all. The breakfast choices are great and set you up for the day. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The bathroom has a frosted glass partition between the shower and the bedroom but if you are really worried about lack of privacy just leave the bathroom light off. I have been numerous times sharing with different friends or family and this does not bother us in the slightest. No tea making facilities but a fridge is in the room. We bought coffee and tea in the coffee lounge at reception whenever we returned to the hotel and took it up to the room. Coffee lounge brownies are very good. Staff are excellent and an asset to the hotel. Reception staff are really nice and so are the cleaners but I have to give a special mention to all the bellboys/concierge staff they are a delight to deal with and so funny. We always went to another hotel pre-Covid but after the lockdown was lifted our usual hotel stayed closed for a bit longer. We were lucky to find Riu Plaza TS and have returned twice a year since.
