Two-night stay, location could not have been more perfect for the shows we opted to see. Room was clean, and when we raised an issue it was addressed immediately. Staff was polite, efficient and attentive. Stay included breakfast buffet, and it was a large variety of tasty foods and even though there was a queue to be seated both dayswe were seated quickly. Only bad experience was with the attached bar which was utterly unsympathetic to our request as a just-checked-out guest to using their restroom before departing the hotel for the last time. The lobby restrooms of the hotel always required cardkey which for us got disabled at checkout time - the security staff at the hotel did step up to allow us to borrow a key to gain access so they made things right. The room lights and AC on day 1 of our stay were tied to a room key having to be inserted into a slot at the door, a nice energy-saving measure I suppose but by day 2 that got disabled and we could keep the AC going even when out of the room. Not sure what changed. Bed was comfortable and late checkout is available at a tiered price premium if desired up to 5pm I recall. However bag check is also supported to hold you luggage while your enjoy the rest of your last day in town. Would definitely stay there again. Read less

Hotel was great location in Hells Kitchen, staff very friendly and helpful. We had the B&B option and porch to pick from in the morning. It would have been 5's for everything but some of the rooms need a wee bit of TLC, other than that though it was a great hotel and would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Second time I’ve stayed here and would definitely recommend it. Great location for easy access to Times Sq, Central Park and Subway. Excellent breakfast included in room rate. Rooms cleaned every day to high standard. Only thing I would like in the room is kettle/ coffee machine.

Many choices at the buffet breakfast although mushrooms weren’t served every day.
