All rooms feature the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper bed ensemble, air-conditioning, wall-mounted LCD flatscreen TV, alarm clock/radio, coffee maker, safe, iron and board and hairdryer. Traditional Rooms are 250 sq ft with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Superior Rooms are 250 sq ft and are located on the 21st floor or higher with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Executive Suites are 500 sq ft and have separate living area, and include upgraded amenities including bathrobes and free bottled water, complimentary access to the Sheraton Club Lounge offering complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d'oeuvres and a variety of beverage options, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed, or 2 double beds and sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

This hotel does not meet Sheraton standards at all. First of all, the rooms are old, they need refurbishment. Old carpets, old curtains, old couch; we had two connecting rooms and the only good point was that we had space & a nice view from the 40th floor onto time square. For the rest: not good at all. The carpet is full of dirt (our son, 13 months old, crawling on the floor & I don’t want to mention how his pants & hands looked afterwards); cockroach visit in our living room; the AC was running out & half of the carpet in the living room was wet - they could not fix this issue for 5 days! The worst for us was the unfriendly team at the reception. They know they fill their rooms without problems & they behave like this. I have never experienced such rude & impolite behaviour in any Sheraton I have stayed worldwide. We will never stay at this hotel again. Read less

Stayed here in May 2019 for my boyfriends 50th Birthday and our Anniversary. The location was excellent very central. The hotel was amazing. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely stunning. The bed was amazinginly comfortable, The staff are knowledgeable and so very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Meh....it's clean-ish but Tue rooms are depressing. Worst thing is the incessant money grab from the $20wifi, to the absurd $30 breakfast buffet worth under half that, to the $5 charge fir them to store your luggage.....all done with service team that makes it obvious they couldn't care less about the customer

The hotel has a great location. The room we had was spacious and well presented. Overall though I feel this hotel needs an uplift and refurbishment. The staff friendliness and professionalism varies. Some are great, but others are quite rude and unhelpful.
