Superior Rooms are 250 sq ft and are located on the 21st floor or higher with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Executive Suites are 500 sq ft and have separate living area, and include upgraded amenities including bathrobes and free bottled water, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed, or 2 double beds and sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Never again... my third and last time!! Were no wash cloths at all. Had to cut towels up smh Called the front desk and they said they would send some and never did! The hotel itself is in a great location by Times Square so easy to get to the locations. The rooms were nice enough with comfortable beds. BUT things you need to know. If you arrive early than check in time which is 4pm they charge you 6 dollars per bag to store them! Then you need to pay 30 dollars a night city tax plus a daily tax. You are also given 30 dollars per room per stay to spend at the hotel. There is a Starbucks in the hotel that you can redeem it but it shuts at 3pm and turns into the restaurant and you can use it there. Breakfast was dreadful in The hotel. We had to queue for at least 40 mins for a table. There was only one waiter and a couple of front of house staff. The toaster only toasted on one side, bacon so hard you could break your teeth on it, plus something they don’t tell you, my husband wanted fried eggs, so we were told to ask the waiter. By the time the waiter arrived everything was cold. They then wanted to charge us 10 dollars on top for the eggs!!! Plus tax on top of the breakfast, so my husband’s breakfast cost 49 dollars!! I refused to pay that much, the breakfast was terrible. The good thing is that the manageress was amazing. She was really helpful and sorted a lot of our issues out. Another manager Michael was great as and gave us late checkout. All in all just make sure you watch all the extras and don’t take no for an answer. I really don’t know where are the all negative reviews coming from, have we stayed at the same hotel? I was really terrified going here because of the horror reviews but I had nothing but a pleasant experience, I stayed for 7 nights and had a wonderful stay. The room was on the 10th floor and it was spacious, with two beds and the mattress was divine, I never slept on something more comfortable. The room was clean, loved the shower and soaps are awesome. Bedding was changed daily as well as the towels, they only didn’t replenish coffee on a daily basis. Front desk staff is really lovely, I arrived little bit before 4pm and there was no line, no lines at elevators not once during my 7 day stay, elevators worked perfectly and it never took me more than 2 minutes to get to the floor, on the day of departure they were even kind enough to give me late check out until 1:30pm without additional charges which at the end I didn’t use as I had to go to the airport. Breakfast was the only disappointment as it is really overpriced so after first day we decided not to have breakfast again because we paid it 94$ for two persons, instead we used the Library bar for breakfast, they have fresh cut fruit, cereals with fruit and yoghurt, muffins etc. and we used our 30$ daily destination fee there and it was great, staff there is also great, especially Mr. Eddie. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right next to the subway station in center of everything. If I ever get back to New York again I will definitely stay here again. Read less

If you can at all help it, I'd select a different hotel. The room was just as expected for the area--smallish, a bit dated, but fairly clean and totally fine. Bed comfy; pillows flat and rather awful. Unlike most hotels, shampoo and conditioner was not affixed to shower wall but in tiny, hard to squeeze bottles and of low quality. The first morning, I had no hot water for my shower so that was a big no thank you. I reported it via email to the general manager as he had sent me a welcome email and asked if I should change rooms so as not to have a cold shower the second morning? He said they were working with the city and the issue should be addressed, but to run the water when I got back to the room to check. Ok? No apology. Is this Motel 6? I charged my laptop over night and it was dead the next morning, so to other reviewer's points, not all the outlets work. Finally, the bar area had one bartender and one bar back.... for a hotel of this size on the weekend evenings....you can assume how well that went. All in all this hotel is not worthy of the Sheraton name. It's beat and the employees seem largely indifferent. No thank you! Read less
