Scaffolding up around hotel and roads around all being worked on at the moment so it can be noisy. We paid $200 for the room fees, told by the receptionist that it would cover the deposit and the fees but the difference would be refunded..which the remainder hasn’t been returned yet. Hopefully I won’t have to contact for that. After check out we left our cases and they were put in the holding room. As we collected the cases and were leaving for the airport I asked to use the restrooms. These were in the gym room. Both doors were opened by staff to show people already gym users sat on the loo! Eek not a great moment for me or the person on the loo. It would be better to have another restroom near the lobby?!

Great hotel. Fabulous hotel in great location, not too far to walk to times square and many tourist attractions. Staff were really friendly and would stay here again. Large room with two big beds and fab bathroom. Very clean and you can make use of snack bar daily
