The first area ‘The Dressing Room’ features a full vanity, make up desk with mirror, extra large shower, and a closet for two. On the other side of the sliding door is ‘The Lounge’ featuring the bed, mini-bar*, and HDTV. All chambers feature floor-to-ceiling windows, air-conditioning, yoga mat, custom sensor lighting, ample outlets for smartphones, laptops and other electronic devices, and bathroom amenities.

We are currently staying at Virgin Hotel NYC for a 3-night stay and checked in yesterday afternoon. Our experience has been exceptional, thanks to the amazing team here. We had a small issue with our original room, and the staff went above and beyond to make it right – Johnathan and Gregory were especially kind and considerate, even upgrading us to a larger suite on a higher floor. Breakfast this morning was fantastic, with great food and service. As Nashville locals, we frequent the Virgin Hotel location there, but this is quickly becoming a favorite. Thank you again, Johnathan and Gregory – we truly appreciate your attentiveness and look forward to the rest of our stay!

Because of our short stay, I opted for the cheapest room (low floor) however we must have been upgraded without asking as we were on a high floor with spectacular New York City views. Empire State, Chrysler Building, Times Square and Freedom Tower all from our corner room. We were not here long enough to sample the pool and restaurants but had a pleasant drink in the bar's outside space. We will be back!
