Great experience continuing a family tradition

Myself, my daughter and granddaughter had a great experience at the Westin Grand Central. All of the staff were warm, hospitable and responsive. Particularly notable was Thomas at the front desk. He spent time finding us fabulous adjoining rooms that made the experience even better. We will likely return!

I have stayed at this Marriott location dozens of times. The people are simply wonderful and in particular, Deirdre McGorman and Alexandra Burnett. They are a fantastic team and make the check-in process a pleasure!!!! Great location with access to everything particularly in Midtown Manhattan.
A very good NYC option.

In NYC for the US Open. While you're not getting everything at other Westins the staff are great and you're getting clean rooms.
Pros:
- Staff: I forget the gentleman's name, but he was the check in leader. Recognized loyalty and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Remembered our names and checked in on us daily.
- Breakfast: no lounge, but the breakfast you get for status is very good.
- Location: lots of options around and close to public transportation for where you need to go.
Cons:
- Size: hotel is huge with lots of guests so you can feel that the staff is a bit undermanned.
It was very good stay and would not hesitate to go back.

Had a lovely stay again. Hector Isaza was especially helpful with storing our luggage before we made our way home. This hotel is close to Grand Central and midtown but away from the noise and congestion of Times Square. Their espresso martinis are a yummy way to start your night out!
