I stayed at the hotel due to it's proximty to the Javits Center. The front desk let me check in early which allowed me to hang my business suits. The room is small so it's good for a single business or tourist but no more. The shower is good and delivers hot water immediatly not always a given for a NYC hotel There is a 24/7 fitness… Read more

Totally NOT maintained; everything worn and dirty. Location was the only benefit, because they couldn't screw that up. Only buffet breakfast; not friendly to guests; price WAY too high for quality of the hotel. Go elsewhere and skip the Yotel experience.

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon, and overall, we had a lovely experience. The location was great, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was friendly, and the hotel had a lot of nice touches that made our stay enjoyable. However, there were a few things that could have been improved. First, we noticed that our room didn’t come with slippers, which we had expected based on the images on the hotel’s website. The website also showed rooms with curtains, but ours did not have them. When we asked the staff if it would be possible to add curtains, since they were advertised, we were told that this couldn't be done. Additionally, some of the items in our room appeared to be a bit damaged, which was a bit disappointing given the price and expectations we had. Despite these issues, we still had a great time and appreciated the overall quality of our stay. If the hotel addresses these small details, it would make for an even better experience in the future Read less

I made this reservation over a month ago and was supposed to stay tomorrow through Monday for a very important event in Manhattan. Shockingly, my reservation was canceled, supposedly due to a lack of response—even though I replied to their email within five minutes and called the reservations team just two hours later to confirm the importance of keeping this booking active. Despite promising to resolve the issue within two hours, they never reactivated the reservation, and my numerous follow-up emails were ignored. This left me scrambling to find alternate accommodations, ultimately costing me twice as much. It feels as though they simply oversold the rooms and used my reservation as an easy cancellation. To add to this frustration, I also canceled a secondary reservation well within their policy, but I’m still waiting on that refund after more than 24 hours with no communication. Management needs to address these issues urgently, as this experience was completely unacceptable. Read less
