The front desk employees were extremely helpful and had a great attitude when we asked if we could check in early they had us wait about an hour and got us in early. The hospitality is amazing from Stephen and Samae. The room is perfect for two and the view is perfect!

This was my first time at a Yotel. Overall the bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet which both are key for me. The receptionist Anajae was extra helpful and got us in early and with a small fridge - she was amazing. Biggest issue by far is there is ZERO privacy in the bathroom as there are no real doors. The receptionist Anajae was extra helpful and got us in early and with a small fridge - she was amazing. Biggest issue by far is there is ZERO privacy in the bathroom as there are no real doors. Fine if you’re solo but super awkward if your sharing a room. Streaming tv connection never got fixed so we couldn’t watch anything but network tv - Yotel couldn’t fix the problem even after several calls and 4 days of asking. 3 stars because of this service failure. Probably won’t return due to lack of bathroom privacy - sorry- just way too awkward for me. Felt like I was sharing a prison cell. Read less

Yotel is an economical place to sleep, shower and get a break from the city. The only spoils were the view.

I took a trip with friends in mid-June 2024 and stayed for six days in two stages (five nights plus one night). We occupied three rooms during each stay, a total of six rooms, of which, in four the safe did not work, in one there was no shower gel and it was not replenished despite our insistence, and in another there was no toilet paper. All the rooms were of a minimal size, with one of them (Type "Solo") having no space to open the suitcase except on the bed, and no place to leave it standing on the floor without obstructing the bathroom or entrance door. Additionally, the sink was the only available nightstand for charging the mobile phone. To make matters worse, this last room did not have the bed made, instead, they left a sheet and a bedspread for the guest to make their own bed. Furthermore, the bottom sheet was dirty (see pictures). Any service, such as luggage storage, is charged separately (€3 per item), in cash, and without any kind of invoice or receipt. This is a hotel that does not deserve a three-star rating, not even a two-star one. Highly inadvisable. Read less
