Excellent location. Great and experienced staff. We will definitely stay at SoHo Grand when we return to NYC next year. Nice restaurants and shopping in the area. Very close to multiple subway stations. Quick subway ride to theaters and time square.

I did not see the possibility to choose what kind of pillow I could have so I did not sleep too well .it was too soft for me. In the bathroom we should not have to ask for shower caps or to renew the body cream. It should have been automatic every day But everybody were very nice.

We love the SoHo Grand! It’s the only hotel we book while in NYC. The location is fantastic and the Diner has the best milkshakes ever! We love the Diner. The staff is extremely helpful and always friendly! The concierge helped me figure out all my logistics for marathon weekend which totally helped me! Thank you!
