King/Queen Bedded Suites are 630 sq ft with 1 king-size bed and a queen-size pullout sofa in the living room, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

One Bedroom Suites are 630 sq ft and have 2 double beds in the bedroom and a living room with a queen-size pullout sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

I have had the pleasure of staying at the Beacon many times in my life. I am a person who is rarely comfortable sleeping in a hotel bed. At the Beacon, the beds are so comfortable, and also made for your sleeping comfort. Many hotels make the beds look pretty but the minute you pull on the sheet, the whole thing falls apart. The building is also quiet. If you are on a high floor, we were on 16 this time, you don’t hear the street noises. And if your room faces Broadway, you have the treat of seeing the beautiful and Ansonia. It once was a hotel, but now it is a residences. My favorite building in New York I love looking out the window. The floors are carpeted and everything is sparkling clean. Our room, and many, have a small kitchen and a separate living room which makes the whole experience more comfortable. The staff is there for your comfort and convenience so anything you need just let them know. Read less

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, while our King Studio room was spotless and very comfortable. The bed was huge and equally comfortable. The room has a kitchenette, which is great for a relaxed breakfast before setting off for the day - cheaper too, which was a bonus! We would definitely stay here again! Read less
