The bed was comfortable, room spacious and the view was beautiful. We weren’t able to cast to the television which was disappointing since we planned a family movie night. If you want to sleep in, bring an eye mask because light is definitely coming in at the crack of dawn. Overall beautiful property and nice staff. $50 for parking is outrageous.

This is our fourth year staying at the Hyatt. The view from the tower rooms/suites is extraordinary. I'm not a fan of the other rooms on the bay side. We come in each year to walk the Susan Komen 3-day and this is our host hotel. No complaints and we will be back next year to kick breast cancer to the curb! Thanks for hosting us Hyatt!

Comfortable and quiet resort. This was a Comfortable stay in a serene area. There are many rooms without any special view, which I had. My room got nearly no sun. And opened up to a wall behind the pool slide- nothing special at all. For $250 a night plus $50 a night for parking, I would have wanted a view worth while. Aside for my room, the… Read more

And opened up to a wall behind the pool slide- nothing special at all. For $250 a night plus $50 a night for parking, I would have wanted a view worth while. Aside for my room, the grounds were quiet and well maintained. The surrounding area was great, with easy access to just about anywhere in San Diego. I'd stay again at a time when prices are lower or I had enough points to stay. Read less

JC was exceptional at the front desk today, going above and beyond as always. He even remembered me from my past visits. Izabella was wonderful and very helpful during check-in. The entire staff was outstanding, the food was excellent, and the rooms were pristine. A true five-star experience! Outstanding service and lovely hotel

Beautiful view of the bay. SD 3day/60 mile event chose this hotel as one of 4 hotels. Nice hotel to spend time in. Customer service could improve in helping to book reservations ‘within’ the hotel and possible addition of vending machines when everything else is closed down.
