Image of the Tripadvisor rating Highly recommended and everything is close enough to walk

Overall, my experience was great. The walking score is excellent and felt safe walking everywhere. I wish it had room service, as I like having a pot of coffee delivered in the morning. That was the main drawback, but everything else was excellent. I wouldn't recommend the Spa, unless you want the convenience of it being in the hotel.

They had a birthday basket set up for my son and over all our experience and needs have been met by the team. My son used the pool the whole weekend and I was impressed how the upkeep is, I've seen the team test their pool water (for chlorine and PH levels I guess?). Breakfast was delicious though the day we were there a staff server had called out so they were a bit behind in serving food. The only thing I would say is the valet parking is $59 per night but nonetheless this is the perfect location downtown! Read less

Came down for one night to enjoy a concert at the Paramount theatre which is a very short walk around the corner. Rooms were very clean, spacious and plenty of coffee (a big plus for me). Every saving features like the lights and refillable water bottles were a great feature. Would happily stay there again.

This was a great choice for a concert at the Paramount. Parked the car and then didn’t need to drive again. Gym was good and the pool /hot tub excellent! It’s been awhile since I stayed in a big hotel so that stood out for me. Also the check in person was incredibly fast and reworked the room chosen by Expedia in a helpful way. I usually book direct but when using my bank points it goes through Expedia. So glad they didn’t treat us like garbage because of that. Should have made a dinner reservation in the area as it was busy on a Friday for top places nearby but that was my fault. Had breakfast in the hotel next day and that was good. I appreciate that the destination fee charged was applied to parking and meal. Read less

Great location, super friendly staff from front desk, waitress, housekeeping. Hotel is in perfect shape, rooms are well thought out and simple for business travel.
