Not very family friendly. Pool was dirty. They hold $50 incidental fee but do not inform you that valet is not even covered by that. They will charge an additional $11. Much prefer the courtyard or Fairmont. People were yelling outside of room at 4 am

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. However, the bed is not firm, and the pillows are so soft. Breakfast was ordinary and the same thing daily. We got tired of the food after the second day. The parking offers valet for $57 daily. It was too much after paying hotel room.

Hyatt Place was an amazing place to stay. Great breakfast, service was over the top, rooms were always neat and clean. Staff went above board to please everyone. Was overall just a wonderful week! Thank you, Hyatt Place and staff, for making it possible.

The hotel was amazing. The staff was great. The hotel is clean and very nice. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to each day. The ONLY complaint I have on anything in Downtown Austin are the parking rates. The stay was ok, location was perfect, staff was ok, valet parking excellent, the room was clean but the toilet was running water all night long I didn’t have a good sleep, a/c was noisy too, breakfast meh, scrambled eggs was kind of cold, the sausage the same, I think the hotel can do better.
