The hotel

I loved going to JW Austin it is so relaxing and fun. The hotel has an amazing atmosphere. The lobby bar is luxurious and Brooke the bartender gives great advice on places to go and is very attentive! I would recommend. She also makes a great drink :)

I liked this hotel for the pool area (level 5) and its proximity to the Austin Convention Center (which has really low toilets). 2 walking blocks. There are lots of eating options and drinking options around on premises, and within walking distance. There are banked elevators, just be aware. I was in a king bed room. Needed a nightlight for the bathroom. I would like to come back to Austin during the springtime, March or April, to see the city and have some fun venturing out. One of my favorite hotels in downtown Austin! The service is exceptional. The pool views, food, and atmosphere are fabulous. The food choices and hotel bar on property are great. And, the location are spot on! We come to Austin frequently and we will be back!
