Thomas sims was an absolute gentleman. He not only helped me with my vehicle but helped with my luggage. He even walked to my car to get my wallet I left in there. Thank you for making my stay easy. Definitely will tell my friends and family to stay here

Took a while for us to check in we were told that the room had been booked and cancelled 3 times so he had to rebook us I really don’t know what happened but we got sorted and staff member was very nice. All staff were very nice. Hotel was really nice and the room was big and clean had safe , hairdryer, coffee making facilities, iron & ironing board. Bottled water $2. Free WiFi. The only thing was that our room was just above all the vents I think may have extractor fans so was quite noisy but got used to it. Bed was so comfortable and room was clean.
The pool was lovely and we used it a couple of times. The location is great close to AT&T discovery district, walking distance to 6th floor museum and the road where jfk was shot. very central. We did use the dart rail as the stop is just to the left of the hotel to go to fair park as we were going to see a show and it just so happened that the Texas state fair was on which was good. Can’t comment on the bar/restaurant as we did not go in. There is a huge problem with homeless, there is a lot of people homeless around the streets and on the corners. But we did visit 4 cities on our travels and it was the same in all 4. Not the hotels fault. I checked out and was told they would forward my bill via email but I’ve not yet received it I did have a bottle of water but my statement shows around £12 has been debited not sure why ( not worth faffing on for £12 if it was a lot more I would) so maybe check your bill on check out. I went online to request a copy but heard nothing.
I would recommend this hotel and I would return if I visited Dallas again.

After I got checked in I went to my room to unpack and had to call housekeeping immediately because there was a used tampon in the trash from the previous guest. I never expected my Halloween holiday to turn into an actual horror movie. I will never stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, bed slept great, we enoyed all the amenities in the room and the pool. The view was good as well. Alex at the booth outside was very friendly and helpful with parking and luggage assistance. Highly recommend.

Literally one of the WORST hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I’m only here at this point because the lack of availability in the area. We checked in, hotel is hot, humid, stinks of weed in every corner. The AC doesn’t work, WIFI is down indefinitely, we had literal POOP smeared on the bathroom vanity. Not to mention the human feces that is on the side…

The AC doesn’t work, WIFI is down indefinitely, we had literal POOP smeared on the bathroom vanity. Not to mention the human feces that is on the side of the ‘hot tub‘ that doesn’t work either. Which I’ve told management about for DAYS. Guess what? It’s still there as I’m writing this. The guest service people do not want to be bothered or taken away from their extra curricular activities in their little break room which also smells of weed. GROSS. On night 3 I stopped begging for a tub stop so I can bathe the children and just clogged it up myself so we can use it. You have the option to purchase breakfast and dinner from the little restaurant inside, if you’re actually hungry or trying to feed your family GO ELSE WHERE. The wait is about 3 hours for a few mediocre burgers. I will say the poor servers are doing their best with what they have. Its not their fault they are trying to work in these conditions. If you think of staying here PLEASE look at other options it’s quiet literally not worth a penny to stay in.
