I have had a reservation two days out minimum. I get on later than planned flight arriving at 10pm. I get not one, not two but three notices thanking me for staying at Hyatt DFW. I call front desk at Hyatt DFW and they tell me I am booked at another Hyatt in town even with 3 notices from this hotel location. Its 10 oclock at night people. Hilton… Read more

I call front desk at Hyatt DFW and they tell me I am booked at another Hyatt in town even with 3 notices from this hotel location. Its 10 oclock at night people. Hilton doesn’t argue. I have thought about staying here for years but even for 500 per night I was going to try but no thanks. I will do nothing but confirm not to stay here. Read less

Its a great hotel that offers shuttle service to/from your terminal. It has great food in the restaurant. Just be prepared to pay $20+/- for food items and the same for adult beverages. Its a great hotel that offers shuttle service to/from your terminal. It has great food in the restaurant. Just be prepared to pay $20+/- for food items and the same for adult beverages. The shower area had a few long hairs on the wall area. It was remedy quickly. Staff came through during our and checked to see if we need additional towels. With it being at the airport there is a lot traffic at the hotel. There were people walking/running/laughing at all hours of the night at the hotel. Cause my family to wake up multiple times. I was able to park my vehicle at the hotel for duration of trip. Had to call twice for shuttle to pick us up from the airport. Overall if you are more concerned with convenience over price/value then its a great stay. Read less

This tops the charts as far as hotel service. Beautiful, classy, and peaceful. I will be revisiting.

Perfect location for a layover or early-morning flight from DFW. The airport shuttle is convenient and timely and did not require advanced notice. Check in staff was warm and efficient. Well priced.

Selected this hotel due to extremely convenient location to DFW airport and due to late arrival of night flight and early departure of outbound connecting flight the next morning. Slightly pricey but worth it due to location. A critique: Need for more directional and visible signage for pedestrians moving from Terminal B to the hotel!
