The Greenlink bus is free, and the nearest stop is directly across the street from the hotel. The bus comes every five minutes and stops at 18 points throughout downtown Houston.

Great hotel and conveniently located in downtown Houston. The "exceptional city views" wasn't as expected but the hotel and accommodations were excellent.

The air didn’t work the elevators were down a lot of the time when we were moved we were moved to a smaller room. The house keeping service entered our room several times when our sign was up once while I was actually in bed.

The Hyatt Regency has a wonderful staff that will exceed your expectations. There were no long wait lines and both the front desk and bar staff were helpful and fun to interact with. I would stay here again next time I'm in Houston.

Wonderful staffs, rooms were clean, Great house keeping staffs. The only problem is that most of the eateries shuts down from 3pm. Have to order order Uber-eats to the hotel lobby.
