Cons Our room had been updated at some point (no carpet) but the room looked tired and worn, especially the bathroom. Common areas do not appear to be cleaned on a regular basis. The carpeting in the hallways and lobby were not vacuumed during our stay and it was apparent. No Smart TV’s. Only one of two washing machines operational. Major Cons Our room appeared clean upon check-in but was not cleaned again in 6 days. I asked every day but all we received were clean towels and trash removal. The bathroom was not cleaned, the sheets were never changed and the floor was not swept. The soap canisters mounted to the wall were not replenished, and we ran out of soap. We had to ask for toilet paper. So if cleanliness and basic supplies are important to you, this might not be the place. Read less

Wonderful service and valet been to many hotels but holiday inn at the Riverwalk is the best one of all awesome customer service and front desk agent Suzette is awesome and makes you feel welcome Easy parking and easy to find hotel thanks to my oldest daughter for recommending

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Very clean hotel with amenities. Suzette did a great job checking us in early! The down town area had so many interesting sights. The Alamo is only a five minutes away. The food here is absolutely fantastic.

Staff were very friendly and informative. Valet guy was also very helpful and kind. The hotel has great amenities and great location. In walking distance to lots of food and shops to enjoy. The kids aquarium and legoland discovery is also near by!
