The hotel and staff were both exceptionally welcoming. The front desk staff gave us great suggestions for dining on the river walk and even how to best get to the restaurant, considering that we had young children with us. I look forward to staying again soon.

Excellent customer service, very spacious and clean and good location if you want to explore The River Walk in San Antonio. This hotel is on the Riverwalk but it is far from the noise and the crowds. It is the perfect balance of being centrally located; but far from the busyness of the city,

Staff was very helpful, friendly, and gracious. Loved being able to step out of hotel onto River Walk. Room clean, spacious, and comfortable. Location within walking distance of everything we wanted to do while in town. Breakfast fresh, hearty, and plentiful. We loved every moment of our stay.

Do not stay in this hotel. The food was terrible, the room accoodations were horrrible. The coffee pot did not come with coffee, the bathroom sink and mirror are located outside the bathroom. Do not stay in this hotel. The food was terrible, the room accoodations were horrrible. The coffee pot did not come with coffee, the bathroom sink and mirror are located outside the bathroom. The bathroom was so cramped the toilet had to be rotated off the back wall in order for the door to close without hitting it (only then cleared the toilet by 1/4"), the balcony was small and had an obstructed view from scafollding, and in order to access the balcony you have to shuffle your feet through an 8" gap between the queen bed and the wall A/C unit. We rented a suite, but the "suite" was actually just a small room with the beds and couch separated by a 1/4 wall partition.

Super awesome staff, and very helpful they were able to get me to my room asap and check me in as well as explained the parking with me. They also referred me to go see places and visit certain places depending on what i and my family are interested in.
