Stayed here for three nights when visiting Zion National Park. Clean, modern rooms - an as expected Hampton Inn experience. You do have to pay for parking per vehicle, but when you see the dynamics of the area it becomes clear as to why. I believe it was a modest fee of $10/day - feel free to verify with the hotel. If you are looking for good family lodging near the park that won't break the budget I believe this would work for you. There is a an Italian restaurant right across the parking lot and other dining options within walking distance or a very short drive. As an added bonus the view from the hotel is pretty killer! What a lovely hotel! We stayed for two nights while exploring Zion. Hot breakfast was good and they had plenty of fruits to take with you the morning of your hike. The pool area is very nice but they could use more seating. It’s in a great location! Close to everything! Our room was even ready early!! No complaints here! Would for sure stay again!

Everything was perfect! Room was clean, close to Zion National Park and we enjoyed the tea and hot breakfast each morning! The staff were helpful and very nice, Natalie was very sweet. If you love italian food....highly recommend Dulivia Ristorante Italiano which is right across the street!

Rooms are unfortunately very dated but do have lots of usb charging points. Although the rooms are tired and dated, they are spotlessly clean. The hotel is well run. … Read more
This Hampton is very close to lots of restaurants and right next to the stop for the town shuttle. Unfortunately there is a $10 charge for parking per night given the area. Rooms are unfortunately very dated but do have lots of usb charging points. Although the rooms are tired and dated, they are spotlessly clean. The hotel is well run. Breakfast starts at 6am and was never late. Lovely egg, waffle, cereal and bagel options to name a few. Nothing runs out as they top it up frequently. Coffee and water available throughout the day. Laundry expensive at $4 a wash! We enjoyed our stay. Read less

Stayed here for one night in early June. The location to Zion National Park was excellent as the bus stop is just in front of the hotel but for those who can’t stand waiting in line, just drive to the park itself and you’ll be fine. The location to Zion National Park was excellent as the bus stop is just in front of the hotel but for those who can’t stand waiting in line, just drive to the park itself and you’ll be fine. The soundproofing in this hotel was terrible, even though we were on the top floor, we could hear loud footsteps from next door and banging on the wall. The staff were friendly though and left us a cute note as well as yummy chocolates in our room. You’re basically just paying for the convenience of being a few minutes away from the park…not worth the nearly $400 stay, it was even more expensive than my Hilton Garden Inn stay in Waikiki!
